New Car Purchase and Trade-In I never thought I would be one of those individuals taking the time out of her day to personally write a review of my business transactions. However, I never thought I would be one of those individuals taking the time out of her day to personally write a review of my business transactions. However, thanks to Frank Laurenzana this is my first of many to come because our new vehicle purchase this week was the best car buying experience in my life. I had serious reservations when we walked into the dealership because I was trading in an awesome vehicle and did not want to compromise on any of the features I'd had. Frank wasted no time directing me to the best car for my family's needs and I got more than what I'd asked for! Despite containing my excitement - which was not an easy thing to do - I let Frank know that we would need to shop around first before making a final decision. At that point I had expected him to go back to the management office and return with a manager that he could tag team with the pressure me into closing the deal. But to my surprise, they didn't. Yes he stepped away and returned with Mike Chino - but they didn't pressure me at all. Instead, Mike asked how Frank did and if I had any questions that were not answered. We took a look at some paperwork related to my trade-in and then they thanked me for coming in! That was it! We shopped around and found nothing comparable to the features of the new vehicle we saw but after researching felt the initial offer was overpriced. Frank followed up with me a few days later by phone and we talked through - honestly - my thoughts regarding the price and I'd requested that they come back with their best offer. When I returned to the dealership, Frank and Mike presented me with the price that fit my family's budget and even left room for a couple of additional items to be included. There was no pressure from their team to rush into a decision, and every step of the way they gave my husband and I as much time as we needed to consult each other regarding certain financial decisions that would be made. I look forward to working with this location in the future so I really hope these guys do not go anywhere because the first person I am referring my folks to will be Frank Laurenzana.
