Another AMAZING experience at Genesis of Mentor Service Dept. Drove my GV80 right into the garage, was greeted by Allison and taken very well care of. Oil change and tire rotation completed within the hour. I was asked if I wanted the car cleaned and indicated yes. I thought we were talking about an external wash only. BUT… the inside was vacuumed really, really well!!! I was greatly impressed. Overall a wonderful experience!! More
