Had a service appointment with loaner. Took 55 minutes before I received my loaner car. No explanation. I missed a nearby appointment. Had same problem with Hyundai of concord when I serviced the vehicle and that is why I went all the way into south Charlotte. The only way to get responsive service is to use valet service. I used it once and it was great but usually have to wait a week or two for a valet appointment. A friend of mine had similar problems so he takes his car all the way to Hickory where he is satisfied with service. Premium car , premium price , poor service. I am done with Genesis! More

I can’t believe the lack of communication with this dealership! The issue could have been resolved with a simple phone call to advise the status of the car. Ace and Asia are the only ones that attempte dealership! The issue could have been resolved with a simple phone call to advise the status of the car. Ace and Asia are the only ones that attempted to get someone to call us back with an update. By the time I was able to speak to the GM I was completely frustrated. I unloaded as soon as he got on the phone and he was the most offensive rude GM. Caught him in 2-3 lies within 5 mins. The genesis is a great car but don’t go there for service or a need. Once you speak to the GM you will see why the service is the way it is More
Just purchased a new Genesis GV80 with Cameron at Genesis of Charlotte. He was great to work with; spent a couple of hours with him last week with my two grandsons - they were really into the process and he of Charlotte. He was great to work with; spent a couple of hours with him last week with my two grandsons - they were really into the process and he was great with them - indulging them for their opinions, etc. Cameron was great at staying in touch with me, finding the car that matched my wishes, staying within my budget. Went back yesterday and bought the car of my dreams! My grandsons were very pleased with the facility, ambiance, snacks - as was I! A beautiful place to spend an afternoon and buy a car! Thank you Cameron for making this such a positive experience - love my new car! More

Requested service on my GV80 using the concierge process. They picked up my car on time, did the work I requested for maintenance then had my car back cleaned in 4 hours and I never left my house.
