The service was generally fine. Took the car in for a recall. Transportation to an appointment and then transportation back provided by Keffer. (Lyft) Main concern – when I returne Took the car in for a recall. Transportation to an appointment and then transportation back provided by Keffer. (Lyft) Main concern – when I returned, was told that the service had been completed, but the car had not been brought back around. Waited about 50 minutes for the car to be brought back. Outstanding service - and of course we know it's all about the people. Auto-service is not exactly something any of us look-forward to, though our experience was absolutely a net positive. Special call outs to Georgia, Rachel and John who with their next-door neighbor friendliness made the visit one to remember. Pre-visit, Georgia set the bar high with her exceptional communication skills, clearly laying out the details of the upcoming service and vehicle loaner. On arrival, service manager John was disarmingly professional and friendly, followed by rock star Rachel who kept monitoring our progress and checking back with us with updates. Honestly, we don't do a lot of reviews, but this one was mandatory - these great people and the service facility itself deserves recognition. Outstanding. More
