Special call outs to Georgia, Rachel and John who with their next-door neighbor friendliness made the visit one to remember. Pre-visit, Georgia set the bar high with her exceptional communication skills, clearly laying out the details of the upcoming service and vehicle loaner. On arrival, service manager John was disarmingly professional and friendly, followed by rock star Rachel who kept monitoring our progress and checking back with us with updates. Honestly, we don't do a lot of reviews, but this one was mandatory - these great people and the service facility itself deserves recognition. Outstanding. More
