At my age (71), I have worked with a few dealers in my time... Never have I received such respect, kindness, courtesy, throughout the process of buying my car at Keffer Hyundai Charlotte - Simply, no pr time... Never have I received such respect, kindness, courtesy, throughout the process of buying my car at Keffer Hyundai Charlotte - Simply, no previous experience compares. I was served by Gloria Melgara (Sales) along with Andrew Myers in Finance. I also have to add the Sales Manager into the pleasant mix (sorry, his name I did not capture). But, what a team that is clearly organized to focus on the customer! As a retired Customer Service Manager for Eastman Kodak (for the Latin American Operations), I understand what it means to be customer focused and I also understand how it creates and maintains long term customer relationships. If and when you might be in the market for a vehicle, you have to stop in and check this place out. You will not be disappointed! By the way, 5 stars is not enough! Recent update: Just completed an experience with their Service organization. They, without question, fall in line with the sales/ finance segment of the business their at Keffer Hyundai. Altogether, Sales and Service (Service Advisor: Kenn) have and share a common mission: Customer Satisfaction. And thus far, their service technicians got it right the first time! Looking on down the road, there is really no reason to leave "the family." Clearly they have demonstrated this to our family. And now, we are part of theirs. More

Purchased a GV70 from George. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and had us in and out in no time. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and it’s features. 5 Stars for Peter who helped me purchase a GV80. When I called the dealership I was routed to a call center to set an appointment so I felt like there was some confusion when I got there.
