I just purchased my gv80 and I highly recommend Jennifer as a sales rep. She was very professional and responsive to every question I had prior to my purchase. However, I can not give a perfect rating because of how the ending of my purchase went. I was completely taken back by the lack of professionalism from the finance representative. She was very pushy and tried to get me locked into an outrageous rate. I was going through the paper work and felt as if she was trying to hurry me up to sign, even though I told her I was going to check rates with local credit unions before I signed. I am so Glad I shopped around because my local credit union rate was less than half of what genesis was offering me. So if you are going to use this dealer please be prepared to have your guard up when going through the finance portion of your purchase. More
