The A-Team at Keffer Hyundai & Genesis of Charlotte assisted in my recent purchase of a new 2023 Genesis GV70 AWD 2.5T Sport Prestige. From the initial visit (7/27), I met with Genesis sales specialist assisted in my recent purchase of a new 2023 Genesis GV70 AWD 2.5T Sport Prestige. From the initial visit (7/27), I met with Genesis sales specialist John “Coach” Pratt at the store and he presented a car on-site for comparison. After the review, he located a vehicle that was in transit with the exact specification that I was in search of for my next car. However the vehicle wasn’t going to arrive until 8/8. With the direction of Coach, the next morning (7/28) I placed a deposit with the internet manager, DeMara “Dee” Baker, to reserve the vehicle and that afternoon Dee confirmed the vehicle had arrived. This totally made my day because I sold my 2015 Porsche Cayenne Turbo the day before and was without a car. Coach and Dee worked together to ensure that my new car was ready for pickup on Friday (7/29) afternoon; absolute miracle workers During closing, the finance manager, Derwin Pogue, provided clear instruction and made the process effortless. This is the first new car that I have purchased in 15 years, typically purchase used vehicles, and I could not be happier with this Keffer A-Team. Of all of the dealerships that I worked work with over the last 25 years (nearly 20 vehicle purchase), Coach, Dee and Derwin provided the best service. There hasn’t been a team that is even close to how they made me feel with this purchase. I was served by Gloria Melgara (Sales) along with Andrew Myers in Finance. I also have to add the Sales Manager into the pleasant mix (sorry, his name I did not capture). But, what a team that is clearly organized to focus on the customer! As a retired Customer Service Manager for Eastman Kodak (for the Latin American Operations), I understand what it means to be customer focused and I also understand how it creates and maintains long term customer relationships. If and when you might be in the market for a vehicle, you have to stop in and check this place out. You will not be disappointed! By the way, 5 stars is not enough! Recent update: Just completed an experience with their Service organization. They, without question, fall in line with the sales/ finance segment of the business their at Keffer Hyundai. Altogether, Sales and Service (Service Advisor: Kenn) have and share a common mission: Customer Satisfaction. And thus far, their service technicians got it right the first time!
