There is actually a Genesis dealership less than 5 miles from my home. This one I chose is 30 min away. Customer Service \ Service advisor was excellent. Took my concerns down exactly as stated. Viewed the pictures I had for better understanding of my problems. She asked questions for clarification. Provided me with timelines with waiting on car or if I left it. Excellence Where I do have a problem is in the actual work that was performed. I had an alignment, oil change & inspection. On the alignment my vehicle now pulls severely to the left. It was not behaving this way when I brought it in. Even with the alignment being needed. Also the steering wheel is not centered with the wheels. By this I mean that, when going straight the steering wheel has to be turned about 15° to the right. I am returning the vehicle for corrections Monday 11/21/22. Sincerely Michael Bradley More
