Our G70 have been in the service department for 5 weeks. The only communications we have received is when I drove to the dealership and waiting in line and asked about status. I had to take my car in for a check engine light. The service department was able to diagnose it right away and order the parts. The parts was on backorder and took a while to arrive. I was in the dealership on June 9th for my complimentary service as well as a recall. To say that the dealership was busy would be an understatement and I was told that they were out of the parts for the service as well as a recall. To say that the dealership was busy would be an understatement and I was told that they were out of the parts for the recall. My service representative, Latashcha Lacey, found the part for me and held it so that I wouldn't have to come back to the dealership, 40 min ride one way. She was also very attentive and was upfront about how behind the service department was and how long I should expect to wait. She then provided information on the complimentary Valet service that I could utilize to keep me from having to drive that distance and wait for service, I did not know this was available to me. Latashcha's conversation was pleasant and made the time go by fast. Thank you Latashcha for your excellent customer service. More
Visited on 6/2/23 to address a recall. Great visit from the ease of booking an appointment all the way through. Arrived and was greeted well. They completed the work and more on time and returned my GV70 clean and fresh! My advisor, Asia Smith is so pleasant to deal with and it made for a stress free appointment.
