This is getting a two star only because the service advisor was very helpful and welcoming, when it comes too the tech side I have never seen this level of laziness and lack of care, the video I was se advisor was very helpful and welcoming, when it comes too the tech side I have never seen this level of laziness and lack of care, the video I was sent was completely useless, my tire tread depths were not shown so I could see them and not too mention they were not correct as I check them weekly. And the inspection sheet showed no actual inspection was done, It was put my brake measurements were 8 in front and 6 in the rear, they are in fact 12 in front and 10 in the rear, I know I need both an engine air filter and cabin air filter I looked at them before taking it in and would have purchased them if recommended, it all just shows no care was given in any way at all. And somehow headlights were marked completely green even though there is active warnings for the left front light visible everytime you start the vehicle. So basically everything was ignored. And with the suction jet recall fuel was spilled on my rear carpet to the point that the next day I had too use a cleaner too get the smell out. I have performed this recall multiple times at my workplace and only brought it in for VW’s records, this service and inspection was an absolute joke and just shows how little care this shop actually gives too there costumers vehicles. My first and last visit too this service center. More
