Terrible Experience. My car has been in the shop since march 8th and I'm being told that it will potentially be another month after I was initially told it would take 2 weeks. I even mentally prepared for march 8th and I'm being told that it will potentially be another month after I was initially told it would take 2 weeks. I even mentally prepared for waiting a month because of the delays I hear about. But no one calls me to update me and this last time when I called three times, I was sent to voicemail after being "transferred". I then called on my friends phone and was immediately transferred to speak with someone, when i did get to someone she then tells me the part won't come in until may 13th. Better communication and understanding would be great. ubers and lyfts are expensive given how far i work from home, and now for another month? If they knew the parts were going to take long -and I was told they don't even take the car apart until all parts are in - why couldn't I just drive my car until then. I was told this is crucial part. It's radiator shutter. Several of my mechanic friends told me completely otherwise. I understand that covid has delayed parts but a radiator shutter is a piece of plastic, makes sense since most things under the hood of a Ford is plastic. I'm a very patient person but I've reached my breaking point. I'm not lucky enough to have a backup vehicle or rental, and I began this process with high hopes and trust but the inconsideration has been jaw-dropping. I made an appt for 3/31/21 @11.00, What a surprise when I got there after 1 hour drive, Rick, Service advisor say they do not set appointments for oil change and tire rotations, that is first come first serve, Who had that a bright idea!! So why a received an e-mail "reminder" about my appointment for 11.00??, He said will be at the end of the day before my car will be service, that I can just drop off my vehicule, Hello, I live an hour away, I don't have nobody to call I told him to pick me up, and they do no have any courtesy vehicule available either, Great!! what a bad customer service this place offer, I called Drew Colon who is the Service department manager but no even a phone call to say sorry I have not received, call my sales representative to complaint too , He said he was too busy to talk to service department, because is the end of the month.., Seriously !! Too bad I was thinking to trade my husband truck for a bigger SUV, but I won't buy any more vehicles from them. Iam a business owner myself and always treat my customers with respect. More
Rob at Gary Smith Ford is a true professional. He worked hard to make sure we got the car we wanted and best suited for our needs. He was diligent in ensuring we got the best deal as well. Purchasing a car from Gary Smith was a great experience. Service is another story they do not have appointments but they claim come in between 0730 and four, get in before four and we can get you in, showe Service is another story they do not have appointments but they claim come in between 0730 and four, get in before four and we can get you in, showed up for first service on new vehicle. Got there at 1:30 they are booked up. Decided to go elsewhere got an appointment with Ford in Crestview the next day super friendly and great service. Will not be coming back to Gary Smith. More

My grandfather was and is to this day the longest employee FORD ever had. He worked under Henry Ford. Well the oil was changed and a messy job at that.. I have oil all over my new engine.. Smells Lovely. Secondly: when they brought the truck out, I noticed my wheels in the front still had the same brake dust as when I arrived with.. So that tells me; No one touched them for a rotation.. So Hubby asked service guy.. Did they rotate.. Oh yea they rotate Left to Right.. Uh No.. When you Rotate wheels They GO Front to Back.. Everyone knows that. He insisted that is How Ford does it.. (Meanwhile when you look at the wheels you can clearly see no one has touched the tires..) But if that is how the Customer wants.. Now that is how the Manual says to do it.. So off the Truck goes Back to the bay.. when it returns.. Service guy said they got it all done for ya.. we then asked for the Service Manager.. to speak to him.. Told him of everything and requested a sheet of all work done on truck we never got. He was very apologetic and took the time to talk to the hubby. Well we did not buy this truck there as it is one of those with the 7.3 Godzilla engine and hard to find. I guess I got profiled by the mechanic when he looked at the ticket and saw a girls name.. Oh its a girl and she don't know if I do this or that.. Well, I know a lot about Cars.. I am a gear head.. so If you see my name on a ticket again for repair.. Ya better fix it and do it right.. I'm still pissed about my new truck getting this happened to it.. I paid a lot of money for this truck.. and just got a xxxxty oil change. Y'all need to clean my engine and do it RIGHT the first time!!! More
