I am almost ready to purchase a new vehicle as I have been doing a lot of research. I went to Gary Smith Ford to look at the F-150s. We had a fantastic purchasing experience at Gary Smith Ford! Ross Nurrito and John the finance manager were both wonderful to work with. This is the second vehicle my husband and I purchased from Ross a Ford! Ross Nurrito and John the finance manager were both wonderful to work with. This is the second vehicle my husband and I purchased from Ross at Gary Smith Ford. On a recent trip to Colorado I rented a larger SUV than the Explorer I had (and loved). The rental SUV was another make and model, and I really enjoyed driving it. BUT, because my experience with Ross was so awesome from my previous purchase, and I loved my Explorer, I called Ross to consider buying the Expedition before shopping outside Ford for the SUV I drove in Colorado. I am so glad I called Ross because he listened to everything I wanted and needed. Ross then immediately helped me find exactly what I wanted. He was patient with me while I drove and tried to decide between the Expedition XLT, Limited, and/or the Max. He took so much time explaining the advantages and differences, and had me drive several of them to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Then John in finance helped make sure everything met my financial needs and worked well for me. THANK YOU ROSS and JOHN! You were both extremely knowledgeable, professional and amazing! I love Gary Smith Ford and it's wonderful staff. Ross is a Rock Star! I highly recommend the Expedition Limited Max, and I highly recommend Ross at Gary Smith Ford. More
