When we arrived in Ft Myers, Lou picked us up at the airport in our "new" car. We are very pleased with Galeana"s service. This is our first Kia and we are very happy with the car. I especially liked dealing with "Big Lou." He did an excellent job for us! More

We did our homework and shopped around town trying to find the best car in our price range that was both, of good quality and with the best warranty available. Throughout our day we met with several dealerships with rude, pushy, and difficult individuals who almost ruined our experience as first time buyers. Luckily for us, on our last stop of the day, we landed at the Kia Galeana and were instantly helped by the amazing Lou "Big Lou" Barth. I can't even express with words what an outstanding service Lou provided for us. He went above and beyond his job description to make sure our choice was the right one, and he very kindly guided us through a process that was very new to us. As first time buyers and rookies in this process, Lou has been an extreme source of information, with an incredible personality, and most importantly, he is genuine and honest with his customers. Thanks for an incredible experience!!! More

I am taking the time to write this review because of the exceptional service given to me by the dealership and most of all the Vince Comerata the Service Writer. I bought the vehicle because of the check en exceptional service given to me by the dealership and most of all the Vince Comerata the Service Writer. I bought the vehicle because of the check engine light going on and a problem with the transmission acting erratically. Upon arriving I explained the situation to Vince and stated I needed a "loaner' vehicle. He told me there was an agreement with Enterprise wherein there would be a $20.00 charge for the vehicle daily. I have a large medical assist service dog and Vince made sure they brought a SUV to accommodate my dog. I also requested a needed oil change. This was all done without an appointment. Vince was very empathetic to my situation and stated he would do everything he could to complete the project as soon as possible. To my surprise I received a call from Vince stating they had the part that was needed to correct all my issues and the vehicle was ready. I must say the service and professionalism that was given is second to none. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Another good note was Enterprise only charged me half the rate because I had the vehicle for a few hours. A good experience all the way around! More
I had an appointment scheduled for a recall on a part at 11:00 and I had a change in my schedule and Aaron took me in 3 hrs early. I was out in 30 min and everyone was so friendly. This last visit on 12/22/12 was the second time this senerio played out - I brought a current KIA into Galeana KIA for service and left the dealership in a new vehicle. - I'm a middle aged professio senerio played out - I brought a current KIA into Galeana KIA for service and left the dealership in a new vehicle. - I'm a middle aged professional and find that's how I treat people and what to be treated - as an adult and a professional. I usually shop for vehicles both on line and at the dealership and normally have knowledge about the vehicles I am interested in. As we all realize, a new car purchase is an expensive one and I want quality for the price. I have been driving KIA's since the year 2000. I find them a very good car for the price and each one has been very reliable. I shopped at Fucillo's KIA in Cape Coral, Florida and found the circus atmosphere to be a bit to much for me with the noise and confusion. The salesman Jim was good, but the sales manager was a bit much, trying to sell me a car that he wanted me to drive and not the least bit interested in selling me the car I wanted. I wasted almost a whole day at the dealership and was not satified in any way other than for a cup of coffee. The prices that I received in the back and for price exchange with the sales crew was way to high and they offered me $12,000 on a 2011 Kia AWD Sorento trade-in that I thought was not even sensible. They were treating my 2011 like it was a piece of crap while attempting me to tell me that the 2013 Sorento was the 'king' of vehicles. That made no sense to me. I was offended at being treated like I was just another 'target' instead of the dealership valuing my knowledge and time spent there. Galeana KIA and all the guys I dealt with, Steve, Heiko & Chuck, were professional and made me feel like they valued me as a customer. They made me feel that not only did they want to sell me a car, but they wanted to work with me in selling me a car that I wanted (NOT one they wanted for me !!!!). I give them highest marks across the board. Like I said up front - this was the second time I went to Galeana for service and drove out with a new car.
