Sorento needed valve replacement which took 2 weeks to complete due to the inefficient, unprofessional and unknowledgeable staff: Melissa, Mike, Greg. They also told me I needed a new timing belt. Never said it was just a recommendation. The overall experience was frustrating. The very next morning after picking up the car, the AC compressor was broken. Unsure how a dealership can release a car in unsatisfactory condition. Felt the dealership is very untrustworthy. Spoke to GM, Mr. McMclain about situation and felt he did not address all my concerns. More

Generally I've found that salesmen want to sell you the most expensive vehicle, but these gentleman took time to find out what my needs were and directed me to the vehicle most suited to my lifestyle. They also took time to show me how everything worked before taking possession of the vehicle. Enjoyed Purchasing Our Car!!! We had gone to another big name Kia dealership that promised a whole bunch of stuff. After being there for several hours we walked away without a veh We had gone to another big name Kia dealership that promised a whole bunch of stuff. After being there for several hours we walked away without a vehicle for several reasons. We came to this dealership and our salespersons name was Lou. We found a certified vehicle that was a good price and it had some aftermarket things done and the price was good as well. He made the whole process so smooth and was friendly and honest the whole time. He even gave us some ideas on what to do with our other vehicle so that our payments were not higher then what we wanted. We took his advice and everything worked out great. We even got the color kia that we wanted which the other dealership did not have. We went back into financing to sign the papers and we were only back there for a few minutes and were not pressured into taking uneeded things like mose places try to do and out payments were lower as well. This was one of the very few times that I actually enjoyed purchasing a car and Lou really made the difference with that. Thank you so much. More

We looked at other makes/models but always encountered strong, aggressive and pushy salespeople in the dealerships. Not Galeana Kia - even felt a bit ignored as we walked around the showroom when we first arrived. We met Big Lou Barth who let us test drive the Sorrento and Cadenza. We really liked the Cadenza and Lou worked with us and his Sales Manager, Matthew Powell to give us the best possible deal. Way to go Lou and Matt! The trade in and associated paperwork that went with the transaction was a breeze. Will definitely recommend this dealership to any people we know who are looking for a Kia. Susan T. More

Their Service Advisor, Vince Comerota, is always friendly, efficient, and professional. The service is performed promptly and correctly at a reasonable price. The customer waiting area is comfortable and clean. If I chose to browse at new cars while I'm waiting I can do so without being hounded by sales people.
