I spent one hour their at the dealership, which was not that long. One of the headlights had water in it and needed to be replaced. I bought my Kia in the Lee County area, but not at this particular KIA dealership. I took my car for service a few times at the KIA i bought the car from, but I didn't feel the same friendliness or concer particular KIA dealership. Of course when I arrived at KIA, the car wasn't doing whatever it was doing that made me take the car to be serviced. I drove up and got a friendly smile from Mr. William Bennett and he knew exactly what my problem was in regards to the car. This is the not the first time I have taken my car to be serviced at Galeana KIA and it doesn't matter who is helping me, I have always received friendly and professional service and although some services are going to take longer than other services to complete, I have always waited for my car and didn't have to wait all day. The people at the register are always friendly as well. My parents just purchased a KIA and I have already told them to take their car to your facility. I will continue to take my car to Galeana KIA for all of my automotive concerns. More

The sales person, TJ, did not use any high pressure tactics. He listened to what I was trying to accomplish and then worked to give me options from which I could choose. Management worked to get me approved for financing despite not-so-great credit. I was extremely upside down in my trade and they gave me the max for my car. They got me the car I wanted with the payment I wanted and only the money down that I stated up front. The finance person was exceptionally friendly and personable. A different sales person, Mike, delivered the car and was very thorough and professional as well. Overall, it was a great experience and I feel like I got a quality vehicle at a reasonable price. More
