If not for him, I probably would not have leased my 2016 Optima XSL Turbo from Galeana. He chose John Combs, a really helpful and pleasant salesman, to work with me. John patiently answered all of my many questions and along with James, made me feel I was in a quality dealership. There were a few issues with the car and in one day, Vince and his team in the service department had fixed everything. (They rent a car for you through Enterprise if your car has to stay overnight.) Big Lou gave us his cell number which was wonderful, because while we were away for the weekend, I was able to negotiate the purchase by texting him back and forth. He was always courteous and prompt to reply with whatever information I needed. He was also extremely patient, because as you know, there can be misunderstandings when texting.... No matter what he was doing, he responded or answered promptly. Needless to say, I'm really happy with my new 2016 Kia Soul, I've only had it a few days and I LOVE it!
