Amazing & Honest I purchased 2 vehicles from BIG LOU at Galeana Kia in the past & knew exactly where I was heading for my 3rd purchase. I was pleased AGAIN with the I purchased 2 vehicles from BIG LOU at Galeana Kia in the past & knew exactly where I was heading for my 3rd purchase. I was pleased AGAIN with the treatment & honest service I received from Big Lou. I needed to be at a ballpark figure since it was my teenage daughter who would be making the car payments. We test drove several cars & when we finally reached a decision I informed BIG Lou exactly what she would be able to afford on her monthly payments. He worked his magic just like the last 2 purchases & not only did he make it happen for her, he also filled up her tank, set her blue tooth & detailed her new car for her. I felt NO pressure what so ever. He made it happen not just for me but for her & since he has kids he knows what it means to want to put your child not only in a safe car but one they can afford. So a BIG shout out to BIG LOU & his team members for not being sharks, scammers or unfair to us...Thank you for being HUMAN. I appreciate it so very much. I will be seeing you on the next car purchase when needed. So if your in need of a car purchase please stop by and see Big Lou. You will not regret it. He is your GO TO guy. More
Misleading Sale assurance As my lease of my 2013 Kia came due, I went shopping to find a replacement vehicle. I drove the 2013 car to Galeana Kia and met salesman Lou Barth. W As my lease of my 2013 Kia came due, I went shopping to find a replacement vehicle. I drove the 2013 car to Galeana Kia and met salesman Lou Barth. We discussed costs, etc. He looked at my return vehicle. He commented that there was some damage to the car (dents and a couple scratches). We discussed my leasing a new car. Mr. Barth wrote the deal needing $1,900 down and a monthly lease payment for 3 years. When I asked him about the damage he saw, his response was "don't worry, just tell them (Kia) that you bought a new vehicle and everything will be fine." That purchase was made 4/9/2016. On July 3, I received a letter(invoice) from Kia stating that I owed them $725 for "wear and tear" on the returned vehicle. I called them but was rudely told that if I didn't pay the bill, it would be turned over to an outside collection agency and would affect my credit rating. I contacted Mr. Barth who told me he would speak with his manager. Today, July 26th I received a call from the manager who basically said there was nothing he could or would do on my behalf. He did try to sell me an insurance policy against "wear and tear" on my new vehicle. Mr. Barth was less than honest in telling me "not to worry" that buying a new vehicle from them would cover any cost of repairs. If I had thought I would need to pay for repairs, I would have taken the vehicle to a body shop. By his remarks, I was never given the opportunity to get the repairs done on my own before turning the lease back in. Galeana Kia has done nothing on my behalf with Kia Motors. They basically took my money under false pretenses. Your Desired Resolution: I believe Galeana Kia should pay the $725 charge to me from Kia Motors. More

Amazing staff and service I went with a vehicle to trade and not very much money to put down. Lou was extremely honest and I appreciated the honesty as opposed to other dealers who will just say what you want to hear so they can make a sale. I am beyond ecstatic with my new optima and it's all thanks to the staff. More
Poor service When I bought my car it did have 53,000 miles on it so I purchased a platinum extended warranty. When I took my car in to get serviced before the 100,000 mile warranty was up I was told by the mechanic there that my spark plugs had never been changed and should have been at 40-45 K miles. Not sure exactly what I purchased the platinum warranty for thought maybe changing the spark plugs would have been included with that. After I picked my car up from being serviced it drove worse then before I took if in to be serviced. The service department did tell me to bring it back in at which point they said they could not find anything wrong. The following week my check ingine light came on so I took it back in to the service dept and they now said it was the turbo actuator that is not covered by the warranty. So I did call to speak with the service manager to voice my frustration and that I did feel a bit taken advantage of. He immediately started to talk down to me. At that point I did say I did not expect a resolution but I would be writing a review he then said to make sure and include his name "greg Glenn". And then he hung up the phone on me. And so that is my experience with galeana kia. I did end up taking my car somewhere else and they said there was a service bulletin on the turbo which just simply needed to be adjusted which only ended costing me $100 at the other auto shop. More

The manager, James Pool, is a real gentleman and solid guy who listens to your concerns and follows up in every way. If not for him, I probably would not have leased my 2016 Optima XSL Turbo from Galeana. He chose John Combs, a really helpful and pleasant salesman, to work with me. John patiently answered all of my many questions and along with James, made me feel I was in a quality dealership. There were a few issues with the car and in one day, Vince and his team in the service department had fixed everything. (They rent a car for you through Enterprise if your car has to stay overnight.) So at this point I am very pleased with the car and the kind of treatment I received. Thanks Guys! More
