After a very bad day with another dealership I was reluctant to even come. When I got on the lot Stephen Vercoe immediately made me feel comfortable. He bent over backwards trying to find us a car t reluctant to even come. When I got on the lot Stephen Vercoe immediately made me feel comfortable. They didn't quite make our budget however we found a ford fusion that did. From there we took a test drive of what must have been 15 miles due to my wife locking her keys on the car we were trading in. Stephen told his boss the situation and we were off. When we got back the numbers were crunched withZERO hassle. We than met with F&I see name above and he worked a 3 year warranty into our budget. Stephen Vercoe stayed with us every step of the way.
