I was helping my Father in Law find a new car, he was very specific as to what style, color, size, warrantee and various features that needed to be in his new car, as this would most likely be the last " very specific as to what style, color, size, warrantee and various features that needed to be in his new car, as this would most likely be the last "new" he would ever buy. Through an online website, I came across a vehicle that met my Father in Laws' needs at Future Kia. I contacted Future Kia to ensure that the vehicle described on the website was still in fact in Future Kia's inventory. I spoke with Quintin, who comfirmed that the vehicle was there. I advised Quintin that I need to make sure the vehicle had all the features that we needed because we would be traveling from out of town to their dealership. Quitin comfirmed the features were on the vehicle and even offered to pay for the gas needed to travel to the dealership, regardless if we bought from him or not. Needless to say, it was an offer we couldn't refuse. I drove my Father in Law to the dealership and met with Philip who helped us to ensure we got the vehicle that we wanted with all of the "Bells and Whistles" as my Father in Law said. Having selected a vehicle that he wanted, Philip "jumped through all of the HOOPs" to make sure my Father in Law got the best deal for he could possibly get including all of the rebates that were available to him. Philip went above and beyond what the average saleman would do to ensure my Father in Law was able to get his new car. I would highly recommend this dealership for any one looking for a used or new car. We walked into this dealer looking at one of there used cars and walked out of the place with a new 2013 Kia Optima.. We have for the past two month been trying to get out of our 2010 Nissan Rogue we want to down size and plus didn't need the SUV all wheel drive on the west coast and we wanted to save on gas. They tried everything they could to get us in that used car but because of our negative equity on our SUV they couldn't do it to keep us in the same payment range but they gave us another option that would get us out of the negative and that was to buy a new car and it would keep us around our same payment we were paying for our SUV. So in the end we got a new 2013 Kia optima :) we love our Kia I would recommend this car and dealership and all the sales people we worked with. Thank You so much!! we were so close to giving up on getting another vehicle until we went to Future Kia and everything worked out for us finally!!!! :) More
