Today buying a new car in a very difficult thing as the cost is terrific. I went to Fullerton Ford as it was the first Ford dealer on a list of six Ford dealers within a reasonable distance from my home, cost is terrific. I went to Fullerton Ford as it was the first Ford dealer on a list of six Ford dealers within a reasonable distance from my home, and had seen their commercials on TV and felt they might be people I could deal with. A Ms. Susan Havrilla greeted me and put me at ease. I told her I needed a new work truck and what features I had to have on it. She worked very hard to find me several that would fit my needs and all that was left was for me to pick the color. I had done a little homework and knew what a fair price would be and we were able to negotiate a price that was even a bit lower then I expected. All the other personnel I dealt with were also professional and friendly. I'm grateful to Ms. Havrilla for making this large purchase a plaeasant experience. More
Priced out and purchased a new E250 van. The pricing was competitive and the transaction was smooth. We have purchased multiple vehicles from Fullerton over the years. competitive and the transaction was smooth. We have purchased multiple vehicles from Fullerton over the years. More
I have pretty much dealt with every part of this dealership from the parts dept to major work on my car as well as looking at buying a car. I have gone to each dealership and always been treated wel dealership from the parts dept to major work on my car as well as looking at buying a car. I have gone to each dealership and always been treated well. The advisors have helped me with all my questions and have fixed issues that could of turned into big problems if it wasn't found ahead of time. I have had major work done as well and it was done in a timely manor. Keith always a big help when i have question about what they are doing. Steve Tompkins was my advisor when i had my fuel pump fixed and he was so nice. He got me a rental while my car was in the shop and kept me updated through the entire process. I have had many oil changes as well and i can't say one bad thing about the dealership. I will continue my service here and always tell my friends and family about the dealership. More
I am so disappointed in the service department at fullerton! I brought my 2 year old car in because the ac is shot. They told me up front that because my car is less than 500 miles over the warranty fullerton! I brought my 2 year old car in because the ac is shot. They told me up front that because my car is less than 500 miles over the warranty (even though the problem probably occurred while it was under warranty but I wouldn't have know bc i don't use my ac in the winter) they wouldn't honor it. Then after talking to numerous people in the fullerton service department they said they may be able to help me out but they can't be sure without running some tests on my 2 year old ford edge...These test cost me $100! Then they told me they definitely can't do anything to help because the condenser was damaged due to my negligence....however they couldn't show me the damage. They said that a little tiny pebble probably got kicked up on the road and but a pin sized hole in the condenser and all of the fluid leaked out. hmmm...sounds like poor engineering if thats the case. I was so upset that they made me pay this $100 and couldn't help me out...as a matter of fact it was an additional $1100 to replace the part (well the part was only $600 but the rest was for labor). Finally I took my car to a local garage who was recommended to me. After they removed the part they showed me that they was NOT a pin sized hole created by a super strong pebble, rather the hole in the condenser was created by the friction of the valves rubbing. The way the car was engineered caused the problem! Also, they other garage charged me a total of $698. I thought that by buying an American car I would have a company that stood behind their product....I was wrong! More

This by far is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They inflate the price of the vehicle to make profit and when you threaten to leave or go somewhere else they are able to figure something out. with. They inflate the price of the vehicle to make profit and when you threaten to leave or go somewhere else they are able to figure something out. They tried to let my girlfriends brand new car roll off the lot in a disgraceful condition and when called on it, pawn it off like scratches all over the car was not a big deal. It is leased and they would make a big deal returning it like that. Plus it has 26 miles on it. Yes they are a big deal. They know nothing about how to work the bells and whistles. I advise you not to do business with them. Biggest mistake ever for us. Everything is have fast from paperwork, sales, service, knowledge. What was being told to us about the ratings of the cars had no validity what so ever and when called on that information, they could not respond. Rob and Luis specifically have no clue to reality. Plus don't think you will get anything advertised, just gimics to get you in. Plus no incentives for sure. Aparently ford does not do that. Funny other ford dealers do incentives. According to them incentives are only for lesser dealers. Since when does ford make an outstanding product that is not cheap? They told us ford is more prestigious than BMW. I don't like BMW, but listen to what you are saying before you say it. This place is a joke. More
What a nightmare. Run, don't walk from this dealership. Read the contract carefully. Fullerton not only has some of the highest documentation fees around. The sales person told me that they charge them "be Read the contract carefully. Fullerton not only has some of the highest documentation fees around. The sales person told me that they charge them "because we can". They also charge the buyer for "secretarial fees", "computer fees", "documentation paper fees", the list of extra fees added quite a bit of money to the bottom line of the new Ranger that I went there to purchase. But the contract wasn't the only problem. We had called ahead, they had pulled the truck out front for us to look at and it was FILTHY. There was no way to see any flaws or defects in the paint, we were barely able to see the paint. When we mentioned this, they weren't in any hurry to clean it up for us. (They never did clean it up) We ended our time at the dealership with us saying that we would not pay the "extra fees". As we got up to leave the sales manager (or whoever he was) said, "Good. I don't want to sell you a car anyway. You're stupid." I swear to you, those were his words exactly. Well, we've decided to look for a Chevy. If this is what Ford considers quality, well, they've FAILED. That was 180 mile round trip waste of my time. More

Once again, I have brought my car in for service, and the issue was not properly addressed. I have purchased many cars from this dealership over the last 8 years (the sales side of the dealership is quite g issue was not properly addressed. I have purchased many cars from this dealership over the last 8 years (the sales side of the dealership is quite good), and I have noticed a real decline on the service side of the business over the last few. They have discontinued giving out loaner cars when your car is in for service. THis is bad news, because they can never fix the problem on the first visit. On two occasions, I have had to take my older vehicle which was out of warranty to another dealer to get it fixed properly, after paying for several sets of repairs at Fullerton that were supposed to have fixed the problem. Some of the receptionists in the service area are young and are unprofessional and often rude on the phone when you call. In one case, I scheduled a visit over the phone for a critical issue, and when I brought the car in, the receptionist never logged in my scheduled appointment. The list of negative experiences just go on and on . . . More
