My first experience with Steve Tompkins was at his previous location. When I found out that he had been promoted to Fullertons' staff, I followed him there. Steve is a friendly & knowledgable rep who seems to be focused on the customers needs. He has taken care of both my new & old Explorers and I have always been pleased with his service. The work recommended was appropriate and estimated costs thoroughly explained. More
I recently brought my car in for a routine service. The service staff was a pleasure to work with, and were able to get my car serviced in a timely manner. I can not tell you how nice it was to be greeted with smiles and have a service manager that was able to work to accommodate my schedule. I am more than pleased with the experience I had with the service at Fullerton Ford and will continue to service my car there. I highly recommend this service center to any one in the area needing service on their Ford! Great Job! More
This was our second attempt at purchasing a car this month. The first was another area dealer that is highly rated on this website, and that was nothing but a headache. I received a recommendation fro month. The first was another area dealer that is highly rated on this website, and that was nothing but a headache. I received a recommendation from a coworker who had recently purchased from Fullerton and he mentioned his experience was very simple and straightforward. I contacted them via email (through AAA) and specifically told them what I wanted and asked for a detailed quote including all costs. This was given to me in less than 24 hours. The next day we discussed a few details (loan terms, form of payment, etc.) and the following day we drove up to pick up the car. The pick up process took a little longer than expected (not their fault, Ford Motor Credit was taking their time processing the paperwork) but all the numbers were exactly what we had agreed on, nobody pushed us to buy extras we didn't want, and they spent quite a bit of time explaining the loads of technology packed into the car. It really was a very pleasant and straightforward experience. I would recommend highly based on our experience. More
Darren's dedecation to his job is very motivating for me to come back for another service. Ford should be proud to have someone like Darren House on their team because he brings the knowledge and the spirit to come back for another service. A horrendous experience from start to finish. The personnel, from top management to sales, were non responsive to phone calls, reneged on agreed upon terms and never gave consistent answers. Wow, not a great way to start the new year for them. We were both customers for many years, including our families. It was the worst experience I ever had dealing with anyone ever. Thank god that Greenbrook & Flemington dealers are just a few minutes away. Life is way too short to ever go thru that experience again. Good luck with your vehicle search everyone. Deal with someone nice and friendly, its worth it. More
If you want them to cause more problem than you have visit them. Have them to work on your car. They intentionally create problems when they work on the car so you can go back and give them more busines visit them. Have them to work on your car. I have dealt with many dealerships in my life - never one so unprofessional as this one. BTW.. The ratings are skewed b/c there is someone named 3dalmations who obviously works for Fullerton or is a shill so unprofessional as this one. BTW.. The ratings are skewed b/c there is someone named 3dalmations who obviously works for Fullerton or is a shill. (1) Customer advisor with name beginning in "D" is AWFUL and clueless. (2) Service seems to be overpriced to an embarrassing level (3) They may not call you back when they say they will. (4) sure, there are some nice people who work there, but overall, it's a horrible place - I feel bad for the competent people who work there. (5) The customer advisers (not the mechanics) are in the back sometimes laughing at the customers - how unprofessional is THAT !?? I don't appreciate them joking around about some elderly guy who may be a veteran... NOT COOL. (6) When you get repairs done there, don't be surprised if additional suspicious things go wrong. The will never ever see me purchase a Ford vehicle. Too bad - because I'm known by my friends as the only guy who refuses to buy Japanese or Korean.. So it's off to GM, Chrysler, M-B.. Range Rover, etc. Fullerton Ford: This is a result of bad training of your "advisors". FoMoCo: Really a shame you lost me as a customer for LIFE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. More
I bought a used car from Fullerton and took another mustang there for service. Their service was so bad that I would never consider giving them business of any kind. They tried to blame my alignment mustang there for service. Their service was so bad that I would never consider giving them business of any kind. They tried to blame my alignment problems on an aftermarket strut tower bar. Scratched the engine bay up bad trying to get it off. Touched it up with chrome yellow instead of zinc yellow paint. Then they took it to a shop...towed it there. Scratched the front of the bumper getting it on a flatbed. They told me never to put the strut bar back on. The car was still pulling to the right after all of this. I took it to an xxx and payed for an alignment. The xxx people showed me how the bolts on the rear (IRS) had not been touched. They had the alignment perfect in 30 mins and with the strut tower bar on the car. FULlerton couldnt get an alignment right. ALso had bad steering wheel vibration at high speeds 90mph. Was told that they couldnt do anything for me because they cant drive the car that fast. (this is the 03 SVT Cobra advertised with 140mph speed limit) I got the tires high speed balanced and sure enough they were defective, More
