I have dealt with many dealerships in my life - never one so unprofessional as this one. BTW.. The ratings are skewed b/c there is someone named 3dalmations who obviously works for Fullerton or is a shill so unprofessional as this one. BTW.. (2) Service seems to be overpriced to an embarrassing level (3) They may not call you back when they say they will. (4) sure, there are some nice people who work there, but overall, it's a horrible place - I feel bad for the competent people who work there. (5) The customer advisers (not the mechanics) are in the back sometimes laughing at the customers - how unprofessional is THAT !?? I don't appreciate them joking around about some elderly guy who may be a veteran... NOT COOL. (6) When you get repairs done there, don't be surprised if additional suspicious things go wrong. The will never ever see me purchase a Ford vehicle. Too bad - because I'm known by my friends as the only guy who refuses to buy Japanese or Korean.. So it's off to GM, Chrysler, M-B.. Range Rover, etc. Fullerton Ford: This is a result of bad training of your "advisors". FoMoCo: Really a shame you lost me as a customer for LIFE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. More

I bought a used car from Fullerton and took another mustang there for service. Their service was so bad that I would never consider giving them business of any kind. They tried to blame my alignment mustang there for service. Their service was so bad that I would never consider giving them business of any kind. They tried to blame my alignment problems on an aftermarket strut tower bar. Scratched the engine bay up bad trying to get it off. Touched it up with chrome yellow instead of zinc yellow paint. Then they took it to a shop...towed it there. Scratched the front of the bumper getting it on a flatbed. They told me never to put the strut bar back on. The car was still pulling to the right after all of this. I took it to an xxx and payed for an alignment. The xxx people showed me how the bolts on the rear (IRS) had not been touched. They had the alignment perfect in 30 mins and with the strut tower bar on the car. FULlerton couldnt get an alignment right. ALso had bad steering wheel vibration at high speeds 90mph. Was told that they couldnt do anything for me because they cant drive the car that fast. (this is the 03 SVT Cobra advertised with 140mph speed limit) I got the tires high speed balanced and sure enough they were defective, More

I bought my first car from this dealership and will buy all of the rest of my cars there. They are the easiest people to deal with and have always gone out of their way to help me with anything I need whe all of the rest of my cars there. Bought a Certified Pre Owned (CPO) 2008 Escape with 21,200 miles nice SUV. Had the vehicle for about 10 days and noticed I was getting poor gas mileage and I the road noise was rather excessive. I check the tires and found that my driver’s side rear tire had worn down on the inside to complete baldness. I brought it back to the dealer and the service adviser said that who ever had the vehicle before me did not rotate the tires. I told him that the tire got like that since I owned the vehicle which was 10 days. He said that cannot happen over 10 days and that it happen over 5K or 6K miles. He went and got the service director and he told me the same thing and said I bought the vehicle like that and that I would have to pay to replace the tire. I told him that this is a CPO vehicle and if I had bought the vehicle like that then it should be replaced at your cost because it clearly does not meet the standards of a CPO vehicle. He told me that it does meet the CPO Standards. I couldn’t believe what I just heard out of a Service Director of a Company? I went to the Sale Manager and told him what had happen and he said that they were wrong and that he would get the tire replaced at no cost. I had also told the Service director that I would like for them to check for an alignment problem since the tire wore down so quickly. They told me that the tire did not wear because of an alignment problem but it was from not rotating the tires. After going back and forth with them they finally agreed to check the alignment. I then told them that I would buy another tire and asked them to put the 2 new tires on the front and take the 2 existing tires on the front and put them on the back. I asked them if they would give me the tire for cost and they agreed. I left the vehicle with them and the next day I called to check if it was complete and they told me it was. I asked them if they had checked the rear alignment because I was concern that the tiers would wear again. They said they didn’t and that they would not because the tires wore from the front end alignment. Then she tells me that the price of the tire went up and that there was a mistake. I again asked to speak to the Sales Manager and he gets on the phone and I explain to him my concerns. He told me that I was being unreasonable. I just wanted them to look at the rear alignment? That is all I wanted? I asked him if I could talk to a tech and he told me that they get paid by the hour and they don’t have time to talk to me. I asked him if I can talk to his manager and I get on the phone with him and basically got the same run around but he told me he would call the service department and look at the rear alignment. When I got there to pick up the vehicle the Service Adviser told me that they did not look nor did anything with the rear alignment. At this point I made my mind up to bring it to another Ford dealer and get the rear alignment check. I have never been treated at any place of business like I have at Fullerton Ford. As a matter of fact, my very first time I enter the Service Department I witness one of the employees throwing a tantrum on another employee. He was throwing note pads and keys against the wall and yelling at another employee. I thought to myself what the heck am I getting into here. My impression of this dealer is they say what you want to hear and agree with everything you say before you buy the car and then they drop you like a bad habit after you purchase the car and this is from the top down. If I was being unreasonable for asking them to at least look at the rear alignment then I am very sorry for the trouble, but I don’t think this was and unreasonable request and the only thing that I can think of why they would not do it is because it would cost them money for their service department to look at it. I will never purchase another vehicle from Fullerton Auto Group and I will not recommend anybody to do business with them. More

The management is incompitent and they could care less about the customer after th serviced, this is by far the worst place I have ever experienced.
