My wife and I have been customers of Fullerton Ford for nearly 8 years now. We bought a new 2005 Ford Five Hundred at Fullerton and have had all of its service done here. Fullerton's mechanics have done ou nearly 8 years now. We bought a new 2005 Ford Five Hundred at Fullerton and have had all of its service done here. Fullerton's mechanics have done outstanding work such that the car has never had to be taken back to have the same work done over. My service manager, Fred Avila, had done a fine job of keeping us informed of what needs to be done and why. The work is cost quoted up front and if other issues arise, we are always informed in advance, quoted a cost and the consequences of it not being done. I believe in keeping my Ford all Ford. That is, I prefer to use Ford parts and I choose to use Ford trained mechanics working on it. This practice has kept our car moving and not in the shop awaiting repairs. The personnel at Fullerton are cordial and respect my time as well. The bottom line is that my wife and I heartily recommend Fullerton Ford for sales and service. In over 35 years of buying cars, I cannot ever remember any other dealership that has been as responsive. We choose Fullerton. More
I recently bought a new 2013 Ford Escape from Fullerton Ford and could not have been happier! Chris Jones was extremely helpful and friendly, not your typical pushy salesman. I was actually looking for a used Ford Escape, but ended up buying a new one because we were able to work out an almost equal price, but for the newly updated vehicle. Everyone my wife and I dealt with was extremely friendly and the whole process was very smooth and pleasant. I will certainly be making another purchase from Fullerton (particularly Chris) and will be encouraging everyone I know to do that same! More
Went in for a routine oil change appointment. Love that the dealership has converted to a no appointment necessary format. I checked in with the receptionist who was very helpful, and sat down to wait for a service rep. Fred was out to see me and talk with me in a matter of minutes. I told him I needed an oil change, and possibly a tire rotation. He took my keys and a little over an hour later, my car was done. I had a tire rotation last time, so Fred explained they had only done the oil change and not the Works Package as I didn't need it now, and why pay for something I don't need. He explained that they had applied money from my Owner Advantage account, and that brought what I owed down. In addition, they set me up for my next oil change in a few months. A wonderful, pain free experience, which is what I get each time I am there. Hands down, the best and easiest place to work with. They really care about their customers. I recommend it to everyone I talk to! More
Fred Avila is my service advisor at Fullerton. He is always courteous and friendly. He listens attentively and makes an effort to understand exactly what I want for my car's service. I have owned 3 Ford cars plus the present one I own and all were purchased from Fullerton. Also, I use the dealer servicing only. Worst experience ever. Cocky salesman who tried to sell me a car that was already sold, then told me he couldn't do anything else. I use Fullerton for my 2011 Chrysler and I would have a very hard time referring them as a dealership to use, mainly because of their lousy service department. I just bought my second used car at Fullerton. My first was a Tahoe for $24,000 a few years back. This time I got a Sonata for $4,000 for my niece. They took the time to find a car that fits and then worked a great deal. I made the mistake of looking at a bunch of cars this second time around before going to Fullerton.
