Went in for a routine oil change appointment. Love that the dealership has converted to a no appointment necessary format. I told him I needed an oil change, and possibly a tire rotation. He took my keys and a little over an hour later, my car was done. I had a tire rotation last time, so Fred explained they had only done the oil change and not the Works Package as I didn't need it now, and why pay for something I don't need. He explained that they had applied money from my Owner Advantage account, and that brought what I owed down. In addition, they set me up for my next oil change in a few months. A wonderful, pain free experience, which is what I get each time I am there. Hands down, the best and easiest place to work with. They really care about their customers. I recommend it to everyone I talk to! More
Fred Avila is my service advisor at Fullerton. He is always courteous and friendly. He listens attentively and makes an effort to understand exactly what I want for my car's service. I have owned 3 Ford cars plus the present one I own and all were purchased from Fullerton. Also, I use the dealer servicing only. Worst experience ever. Cocky salesman who tried to sell me a car that was already sold, then told me he couldn't do anything else. Would not show any kind of numbers or let us know what everything was base me a car that was already sold, then told me he couldn't do anything else. I use Fullerton for my 2011 Chrysler and I would have a very hard time referring them as a dealership to use, mainly because of their lousy service department. I just bought my second used car at Fullerton. My first was a Tahoe for $24,000 a few years back. This time I got a Sonata for $4,000 for my niece. They took the time to find a car that fits and then worked a great deal. I made the mistake of looking at a bunch of cars this second time around before going to Fullerton. Today buying a new car in a very difficult thing as the cost is terrific. I went to Fullerton Ford as it was the first Ford dealer on a list of six Ford dealers within a reasonable distance from my home, cost is terrific. I went to Fullerton Ford as it was the first Ford dealer on a list of six Ford dealers within a reasonable distance from my home, and had seen their commercials on TV and felt they might be people I could deal with. A Ms. Susan Havrilla greeted me and put me at ease. I told her I needed a new work truck and what features I had to have on it. She worked very hard to find me several that would fit my needs and all that was left was for me to pick the color. I had done a little homework and knew what a fair price would be and we were able to negotiate a price that was even a bit lower then I expected. All the other personnel I dealt with were also professional and friendly. I'm grateful to Ms. Havrilla for making this large purchase a plaeasant experience. More

I have pretty much dealt with every part of this dealership from the parts dept to major work on my car as well as looking at buying a car. I have gone to each dealership and always been treated wel dealership from the parts dept to major work on my car as well as looking at buying a car. I have gone to each dealership and always been treated well. The advisors have helped me with all my questions and have fixed issues that could of turned into big problems if it wasn't found ahead of time. I have had major work done as well and it was done in a timely manor. Keith always a big help when i have question about what they are doing. Steve Tompkins was my advisor when i had my fuel pump fixed and he was so nice. He got me a rental while my car was in the shop and kept me updated through the entire process. I have had many oil changes as well and i can't say one bad thing about the dealership. I will continue my service here and always tell my friends and family about the dealership. More
