I am rating the service department only as I have no real issues with the sales crew. I have brought my 2010 F250 to the Fullerton service dept twice now and both times had an incredibley bad experience. B issues with the sales crew. I have brought my 2010 F250 to the Fullerton service dept twice now and both times had an incredibley bad experience. Both times they performed unnecessary work that I didn't ask for and charged me for it. Both times they kept my vehicle for just over a week which is completely unacceptable! I had very similar problems with this service center with my previous truck and swore I'd never go back there again, but since one of my issues was under warranty (which they didn't honor, but that's another story) I really had no choice. Then there's the cost. You will likely get a better price going anywhere else then here. So basically if you like overpaying and being without your vehicle for a week + then paying for additional services not requested this is your place. But if you want fair and reasonable service I'd try just about any place else. More
