Mr. Greenwald is a very knowledgeable young man. He was able to answer every question we had but one, but he provided the answer in a matter of two minutes. Nick Lutz was very helpful with the sales process, test drives and paperwork. Craig was nice as well for the final paper signing. I called Fullerton on Monday morning (day of snow storm) and he found the car and the puck that I need to get into work, thank you!!!!! My husband and I had a great experience overall. We were immediately teamed up with James Sheeley. We knew going into the day that we were interested in a 2014 Ford Fusion SE and James took us around to th immediately teamed up with James Sheeley. We knew going into the day that we were interested in a 2014 Ford Fusion SE and James took us around to the cars that fit what we were looking for. He was great to work with and very helpful. Once we chose a car, we took it for a test drive, after waiting only a minute or two for James to get a copy of me and my husband’s licenses. After the test drive we knew we wanted to either finance or lease. Rob Atanasov was able to give us the breakdown of what it would cost to either finance or lease as well as the pros and cons of both. After we talked with him, we decided that leasing the car was best for our family. Rob and James then immediately got the paperwork under way as well as sent the car to be cleaned and filled the gas up. They advised it would take about 45 minutes for the car to be ready and for them to process some paperwork, including waiting for the package through fax from our auto insurance company. We left, grabbed some lunch, and came back and were then hooked up with Robert Haller and another man (I forget his name, sorry!) to sign all of the appropriate documents. This process only took about 20 minutes. After the paperwork was complete, James took us to our car, which was already set up with new plates, since Fullerton has the capability to process new license plates, which was so convenient! James walked us through setting up certain aspects of the car, like syncing my iphone to the car. After a great experience, I drove the car home and love it! More
