My husband and I had a great experience overall. We were immediately teamed up with James Sheeley. We knew going into the day that we were interested in a 2014 Ford Fusion SE and James took us around to th immediately teamed up with James Sheeley. We knew going into the day that we were interested in a 2014 Ford Fusion SE and James took us around to the cars that fit what we were looking for. He was great to work with and very helpful. Once we chose a car, we took it for a test drive, after waiting only a minute or two for James to get a copy of me and my husband’s licenses. After the test drive we knew we wanted to either finance or lease. Rob Atanasov was able to give us the breakdown of what it would cost to either finance or lease as well as the pros and cons of both. After we talked with him, we decided that leasing the car was best for our family. Rob and James then immediately got the paperwork under way as well as sent the car to be cleaned and filled the gas up. They advised it would take about 45 minutes for the car to be ready and for them to process some paperwork, including waiting for the package through fax from our auto insurance company. We left, grabbed some lunch, and came back and were then hooked up with Robert Haller and another man (I forget his name, sorry!) to sign all of the appropriate documents. This process only took about 20 minutes. After the paperwork was complete, James took us to our car, which was already set up with new plates, since Fullerton has the capability to process new license plates, which was so convenient! James walked us through setting up certain aspects of the car, like syncing my iphone to the car. After a great experience, I drove the car home and love it! More

Financing options were very flexible and easy to understand. Nick took the time and was very thorough in showing us how to use and setup SYNC/MyFord Touch in our new Edge before we left. This was my first time at Fullerton for service. I purchased a new Escape in July but it hasn't needed service yet. My older Lincoln LS had a problem with the coolant system. It was diagnosed and repaired promptly and at the right price. Fullerton is a little out of the way for me living 17 miles from the dealership but after this experience I am sure it is worth the trip. Final contact was with Robert Haller in Finance who was knowledgeable and patient in explaining the different warranty options. Overall the kind of experience that made us decide to purchase from Fullerton Ford rather than one of the other Ford dealers who were price-competitive but lacked the "straight-talk" approach and reminded us of the much maligned version of a car salesman which just doesn't work anymore in today's information-accessible world. i was looking for a particular model. i originally went to a dealer a few miles east of them. negotiated a deal with salesman AND general manager. We shook hands on it. then when they gave me the printed bill, the numbers were different. After I figured where, i approached the salesman and GM. Turns out some other manager didn't like them. I questioned when they were going to tell me. i left the dealership. i then discovered Fullerton Ford had the same vehicle. I was given Aubrey as my salesman. After telling him and Joe the sales manager my story, they beat the other dealerships price (that they said they couldn't honor) and handled everything, in a no pressure, super courteous manner. Aubrey was willing to go out of his way to make it a pleasureable experience. Very happy with the way everything worked out. PS. the first dealer said they only put $25 of gas in the car. i later found out that Ford requires dealers to provide a full tank and it is paid for by Ford (F150 truck with 36 gallon tank). PSS. Not once did Fullerton tell me how to fill out the standard survey i will soon get that wants everything to be Very Satisfied. Highly recommend them, Aubrey and Joe. More
Five years ago, I purchased two new Ford vehicles from Fullerton. They have been serviced there from the start. I talked with Dina Thomson with whom I had dealt previously to try to find a set of touring tires with a better treadware mileage guarantee. Dina was most helpful in searching through several brands to find the tires I needed. The price was much better at Fullerton than I had found elsewhere. I have been pleased with almost all of my dealings with Fullerton, from the first purchase to the second only two weeks later, and service for both vehicles for a little over five years. Everyone has been friendly and professional, and when I have had a concern, it was given immediate attention. Ihighly recommend Fullerton Ford. More
