I have not experienced such a good "research & test drive)" visit at any dealership. He is intelligent, easy going yet very attentive. He truly listened and responded with the best possible answers imaginable -I left with no questions. There was no uncomfortable pressure nor irritable attitudes that I have experienced. Now I will definitely return, when ready to buy and will absolutely will do so through Chris. I look forward to doing business--- and creating a long time relationship for my car interests. Thank you Chris for a fantastic visit! phyllis ann collins Gladstone n.j. More

Nick was very professional and made my first car buying experience a pleasant one. I would visit Fullerton again for my car shopping needs. More

Plates were put on the car as they have DMV in house. Craig did the finance part...I did the lease of the new car and no pressure was added for the usually useless add on warranties. I was in and out fairly quickly with a great vehicle. Joe Orlando was warm and straightforward. This was hands down the best no hassle quick experience I've had in a dealership. Lease or buy here! This review is not about the financial aspects of dealing with the Fullerton sales team. It is to express my disappointment in the complete lack of acknowledgment and concern towards a customer who has been wronged. As a part of my sales transaction, I had my vehicle appraised for trade-in value. Not unexpectedly, I received a low-ball offer. This in itself did not bother me much- it was the explanation of why the offer was low. I was told that my car needed two new tires, when all four had been replaced within the past month. I expressed my disbelief and frustration, and even produced the receipts for the new tires. I fully expected that the sales manager would step in at this point- if not to correct the apparent oversight by his appraiser, then to at least acknowledge my frustration and make some effort to restore my confidence in Fullerton. He did neither. Not one representative at Fullerton seemed to care that a customer was dissatisfied. I am a well-educated, level-headed man. I did not create a scene (although many would feel I had every right), but instead tried to give Fullerton every opportunity to show some concern and consideration for an unhappy client. Unfortunately, I left Fullerton knowing that I simply did not matter to them. I am astonished that a sales team operates in this way. A sale was lost because of a complete lack of communication. More

Fullerton Ford made it relativ I hate going car shopping. I feel like every time I walk into a dealership, I can just kiss away a half day of my life. Fullerton Ford made it relatively painless, which I appreciate. They let me test drive my new C-Max energi within five minutes of my arrival. They have no sales pitch... they're just trying to help you find a new car. They found a cheaper model for me. And they made it easy for me to return my old Honda by calling to make sure they could accept my car (lease ended). They even picked me up at Honda to take me to Ford so I could drive away with my new car. Christian was a great salesperson to work with, and Adriana was nice too. So overall, I would give them an "excellent" rating. If i were to suggest anything to the dealership, it's this, which really, is the same message I have for all dealerships: by every 30 minutes you can reduce the time someone spends in your dealership, customer appreciation increases exponentially. You may be there working all day, but I don't need to be, so continue to work on getting people out the door faster, please! More

EXpensive repairs Took my "under Warranty car" in for a corroded battery. Was told the factory installed battery was not covered under warranty. They charged me $180- f Took my "under Warranty car" in for a corroded battery. Was told the factory installed battery was not covered under warranty. They charged me $180- for a new battery and told me that the battery cables were badly frayed and corroded and must be replaced at a cost of an extra $280- else the new battery would die really soon. I declined the new battery terminals and went to my local repair shop. They said the terminals just needed cleaning, They could not find any frayed cables/wires and said they would clean the cables for free with my next service. Not very happy, if I listened to the Fullerton repair guy it would have cost me $460- for a new battery and cable. More
