Needs a better attitude Ask too many question or want some advice form Joe Orlando and you might as well go to a different Ford. He cursed at me to another sales rep and the rep apologized for him. He gave me bad time lines and broken promises of a catalog ordered Vehicle and blamed me and his sales Rep in the end. He should not be trusted nor should he have a job interacting with people/customers. I love Ford and next time I buy I will make my way to a different dealership to avoid him. More

We felt no pressure to buy the vehicle or spend more money on unnecessary bells and whistles. And once we made our decision, the process was painless; finance was great, we picked it up the next day, and Mike took his time and showed us how everything in the Expedition worked, down to pairing our smart phones with the Sync system. Fullerton and Mike have earned our loyalty and we will definitely be back! More
Multiple Service Appointments Lost Our company has a 1994 Econoline that hasa recall on the cruise control. The first time I called the dealership to ask what to expect (how long it sho Our company has a 1994 Econoline that hasa recall on the cruise control. The first time I called the dealership to ask what to expect (how long it should take, what it would cost, etc) I spoke with a gentleman in the service department. He was very helpful, explained that I should take a look and make sure the vehicle had cruise control and that it would take 45 min - an hour to fix and that I could make an appointment online. I went online to make the appointment. A 1994 Econoline is not an option, which didn't entirely surprise me. So I called the dealership back to schedule the appointment. I spoke with a young girl who said "We don't take appointments over the phone, you need to go online." I explained to her that I can't chose this vehicle online. She started to take my information but stopped when her "other line started to ring". She said she had enough information and someone would call me back to confirm the appointment. No call came. I called the service back the following morning to confirm the appointment and was told there was no appointment scheduled, nor had my information been updated in the system. So again, I gave them this information. My employee arrived for the appointment this morning only to be told that there is no appointment scheduled. I called the service department, expressed my frustration, and was told he would have to wait. My employee called back again and said that after speaking on the phone to me and the services department told him that there were no additional appointments available that day. When I asked to speak with someone in the service department, I was told " I don't know who told you 45 minutes, or tried to schedule this appointment but this is a halfday job and I can't fit him in today". The treatment we have received is unacceptable. There is no reason that scheduling an appointment for a recall should be this difficult. Absolutely unacceptable. More
