Best experience ever I was there on Saturday looking for a new truck. Christian helped me out. I gave him the window sticker of the truck I was looking for. He pulled up the truck for me so I could look at it. I told him I liked the truck and I want to talk numbers up front I told him I was not paying a dime over 35,000 on a 42,000 truck. Just to tell me if he could do it or not. He went to talk to his manager and said he will do it. I was shocked because I had been to multiple dealerships and they all wanted me to pay 200 or 500 dollars more. I high recommend Fullerton Ford to all my friends and family. More

He showed me some and unfortunately at that time I wasn't able to buy one due to other circumstances. I had stayed in touch with Chris and recently I mentioned to him that I was still really interested in the wrangler. Instantly, he started telling me about the ones fullerton had and from the first time around, he still remembered the exact details I wanted with the jeep. When I visited, Chris and his fellow employees such as Rob A and Joe O provided such esquisit help! Greeted me with such joy. Right from the gecko, Chris mentioned a jeep they had just received and instantly brought me to the shop to show me it. After, going through different styles, used and new it was decided on that I wanted they jeep they had just received. Even though the jeep was in the shop being inspected, Chris, Joe, and Rob all worked with me in making something happen so I can have this jeep. From previous car shopping, I can say hands down that these 3 men provided phenomenal service. They truly wanted to make their customer happy and they did what ever they could to do so. They really do work with you to make your dreams come true. Would highly recommend going to them when looking for a car of any type! More

I was in search of a certified Ford Fusion Hybrid and saw all the details described on the FF website. I made an online inquiry and Susan Havrilla promptly called and expressed her interest in assisting me. I made an appointment with Susan the same day and she warmly greeted me, elicited my needs and off we went for a test drive. I was very pleased with the quality of this certified Ford and how Susan, Joe and the rest of the FF team extended themselves to me. Susan was well prepared to deliver my Fusion to me and it is a beaut. Thanks to you Susan! If you're interested in a new or preowned vehicle, I do not hesitate to recommend Fullerton Ford. More
WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! - SEE UPDATE (as things did change) TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. 03/05/2015 I went online had had a chat with one of their associates, which by the way is not even a real sales person (ju TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. 03/05/2015 I went online had had a chat with one of their associates, which by the way is not even a real sales person (just someone who asks you to give your name and number for them to call you). On a real snowy day, I drive for 1 1/2 to the dealership. I called at 4pm before I left to make sure they were open - THE VERY 1st thing you hear IS..... We are open with normal business hrs (which is till 9 pm). Went through to the used car department and Spoke to a ROB regarding a specific car, I told him I had gone online and they had told me the car was available. he confirms that YES the car is available, I told him we are on our way and should be there in 45 minutes or so. He replies, we will be here. Crazy crazy Snow, but we finally make it there @ approx. 5.20 pm. I enter ford showroom, Rob Atanasov (sales manager) comes forward and say we are closed, due to the weather we are all leaving. Mind you I was on the phone 10 mins prior to ask them for their exact location because I was lost. And I even told them which car I was coming to see, they confirm ALL GOOD, see you soon. Anyhow I went into ford, and I asked for a RON (I thought that's who I had spoken with). Rob Atanasov says there is no Ron here, Maybe in the next building Chrysler. I drive there, walk in, I asked for Ron, She said there is no ron, But perhaps I am looking for Rob in the ford building. I Drive back to Ford building, I see the same Rob A. manager guy, he says, You never spoke to anyone here and that car sold several days ago. I said its online, I even had an online chat with someone last night and they confirmed it was there. I called before I left and when I was lost to tell them which car I was coming to see. AT NO POINT DID ANYONE TELL ME THE CAR IS GONE. My guts was telling me that on a $3000 car those sales guys are not making much commission and they just could not be bothered, Not only that they didnt have the decency to tell me not to drive there in such bad weather. I think this is a bate and switch company. There is no way that car which was confirmed in stock, online and twice over the phone was sold. I think they post these low cost used vehicles online, to drag customers in and then try and switch you to a different car with the excuse that the car was just sold. I am going to make it my mission to make sure future customers will not fall for this BS. I would have probably let this go, but considering I drove in such bad weather, risking my life and was purchasing the car for a real needy old man. This is just NOT RIGHT. So my message to Mr Fullerton, Ken, Rob, Anyone else is... You just earned your self, yet another dissatisfied buyer which seems to be happening often as I now see online. I will take my business elsewhere. But I will make sure I do my best for all potential future buyers to do the same. UPDATE 03/29/2015 - Stars reflect the experience we had after leaving a negative review So, after leaving this review online I received multiple calls from the dealership apologizing for the way we were treated and they went ahead and said the car is actually available for me to go test drive. I have to say, I did not want to go back, but was tempted to see how this whole thing would turn out. Well, it turned out great, multiple managers came and apologized, the same Rob, who couldn't give us the time of the day came and said hi with a smile and apologized. One of the top guys (who asked to remain unnamed) took this whole thing over and sat with us and a sales man, detailed the car, even gave us time to show to our own mechanic, reduced its price and sold it to us. I wonder if we would have had the same treatment if we had not left the negative "Dealer Rater" review. So all in all, I don't think this is a bad dealership. I think their employees on the initial encounter made bad decisions and chose to ignore a legit buyer. Perhaps this taught the whole team a good lesson. Regardless of who the buyer is, regardless of how much they are spending, a Negative experience would impact them tremendously. We purchased the car and my wife's uncle is happy with it. So it all worked out, thanks to the internet and its broad reach. More

Outstanding and I would do it all over again I purchased a car from James Sheeley. Not only was he polite but also very personable.
