Jim and Rob were a great help. They informed me of all the features on the new cars and searched out every incentive possible to get me the best deal available from Ford. They gave me a great price for my trade and I am very pleased with the overall experience. More

Awesome experience leasing a new car! So I just leased a 2015 Ford Escape at Fullerton and it was an awesome experience. Christian Urgilez was very friendly and helpful and worked with me on getting me what I wanted at an affordable price. Everything went perfectly with him and it was nice that he listened to my concerns and kept communicating with me to find what I could handle being that I am a college student and have a tight budget right now. After my first car leasing experience I felt totally scammed and left a little disappointed in a new car which should never happen. This was at a different dealership so I gave Fullerton a try the second time around. Leaving Fullerton I was much more satisfied. I got suckered into a bunch of added warranties that skyrocketed my monthly payments unfortunately, but hey hopefully I get to use them now that I pay for them (Rather be safe than sorry I assume). But that wasn't Christians doing, that was over in the Fiat building while signing some paperwork with a different Rep. I definitely will be returning to Fullerton in the future and recommend Christian to anyone who wants to leave in a new car feeling satisfied and ready to cruise. More

But when we were paired up with your salesman James Sheely everything changed, when we told him that we were there just looking he didn't care he said he wanted to make sure that we had all the information we needed to make the right decision for us. That was a pleasant surprise because in the past if you make it clear that you are only looking the salesman becomes rushed and wants to move on to another customer that is more likely to buy or lease a car that day. After all the time that James spent with us and how educated he was about the vehicle that we were interested in (2014 Ford Explorer) we were leaning towards making a deal then and there. James helped us with pricing that we could handle and also informed us on a program that was available for mobility issues. One thing that I would like to also mention about James is when we were going for the test drive or just walking through the lot James was listening to everything we said and the reason I know this is true is because even when I thought we were just having idle chatter he picked up on my mobility issues and therefore informed me of a Ford program to help with the cost of mobility modifications. If James was not attentive to us like he was we never would of know about this rebate. In closing what I need to say is that Jame Sheely is an excellent asset to your company and we are very grateful that he was our salesman. We love our new truck (which is my 5th Ford Explorer) and will send everyone to Fullerton if they need a great vehicle with an even greater salesman. With much thanks & gratitude, Kelly & Brian Ward!
