I had been looking around for a long time, but when I went to Fullerton the process of finding my car was quick and easy. Nick knew the cars inside and out and was able to answer all of my questions-and I had a lot, as this was my first car buying experience. The Dream Team! I had been hopping from dealership to dealership looking for a used Wrangler for well over a month with no success until I found Fullerton. Prior to v I had been hopping from dealership to dealership looking for a used Wrangler for well over a month with no success until I found Fullerton. Prior to visiting here, every dealer was either rude or not knowledgeable and more often than not their vehicles were in poor condition with unreasonable pricing. The whole process with Nick was wonderful, and as my first car buying experience he made it way more easy than I expected it to ever be. Nick was able to tell me everything I needed to know and never once did it feel like he was just trying to make a sale. The guys here really care about their customers. I cannot recommend Fullerton enough, especially Nick. You guys rock! More

I had an old Explorer which had served me well for many years but it w I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Nick for the outstanding job he did! I had an old Explorer which had served me well for many years but it was time for a replacement. I stopped in just to look but to my surprise, found exactly what I wanted. Nick and Rob A offered a more than fair amount for my trade-in and I was quite pleased with the purchase price as well. I now have a fabulous 2013 Ford Escape which looks brand new and I am so proud of it - everyone else is impressed by it too! As a recently widowed 'senior' woman, I was not looking forward to having to do this on my own - but Nick made it so easy. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness, courtesy, patience, professionalism and expertise. I will continue to share the wonderful experience I had at Fullerton and want to express again, how very much I appreciate Nick's efforts and thoughtfulness. Job well done! More

BASICALLY NO COMPLAINTS I had to start looking for another car (my Buick is on it's last legs). Browsed thru the internet and the weekly AutoShopper magazine. Didn't want t I had to start looking for another car (my Buick is on it's last legs). Browsed thru the internet and the weekly AutoShopper magazine. Didn't want to travel all over NJ and thought I'd just see what's available within a reasonable price range. Went to a few places (including N.Plainfield Nissan which was a slightly shady experience, but I never closed a deal with them so I can't judge either way). Finally ended up at Fullerton Ford in Somerville. Talked to salesman Mike Petrillo and he showed me the vechicle, talked about it, I sat inside to see all the practical gadgits and went for a test ride around the parking lot just to get the feel of it. Went home that night and thought about where else to go and the Taurus I just saw a few hours ago. The next morning I called Mr Petrillo up and told him to make out the necessary papers, went to the bank to get the cash and before end of the day I had the Taurus in my driveway. They assured me if there was any problem just to let them know. Can't really say anything bad about the transaction or how things were handled. They didn't seem pushy or anything like that. I told Mike that if I know someone who is looking I'll refer them to Fullerton Ford to at least look around. More
