I told them in advance that I would be waiting for my car, and scheduled for the earliest available morning appointment so they would be less likely to be backed up. Excuses: "We're just so busy today." "I'm sorry you're having to wait so long. We could offer shuttle service." "What do you want me to do, put you ahead of other people who arrived ahead of you?" "I'm sorry, that's just the way it is." I just wanted my oil changed and tires rotated. Honor my appointment and don't overschedule. I went to Jiffy Lube down the road, with no appointment, and was out in under 45 minutes. More

I’ve been doing business with this dealership for about 2 years now. I live on Long Island and I can say hands down, I trust this dealership implicitly. They come to Long Island to pick up my 2020 And 2005 Ford GT ‘s for service Angel the transport driver is extremely professional and polite great guy. They treat me like family. The communication is spot on and I’m always kept informed of the status of my vehicles. Anthony, as well as Ross the tech right down to my salesman Joe Orlando are magnificent. Being a car enthusiast I just don’t trust these vehicles with just anyone. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from them including a Bronco and a GT 500. I have recommended this dealership to my friends and family. I’m not the only one who chose Fullerton Ford. I’ve seen numerous cars here on Long Island with the Fullerton plate frames. This has to say something about their pricing, quality and customer service. I’m a customer for life and I highly recommend this dealership. Their service department intake process lacks customer focus. It took over a month to get an appointment. Once there, it took over 40 minutes to just complete the vehicle intake process. I brought it in focus. It took over a month to get an appointment. Once there, it took over 40 minutes to just complete the vehicle intake process. I brought it in for a warranty issue. They had 3 service advisors and everyone waiting in line was assigned to the same service advisor who was VERY slow. The others just sat there staring at their computers while people were waiting in line. FIX YOUR PROCESS! The young lady who handled the shuttle service was pleasant. I asked for a shuttle. After a total of over an hour wait, the shuttle driver said it would be another 15 minutes. I took an Uber home. I called for a pickup to get the car when finished. The shuttle driver was nice and arrived quickly. That said, I will likely find another dealer for service next time, even though Fullerton is the closest to me. The receipt I received at the end said they recommended an oil change and tire rotation, and that I declined. That was a a lie. Never offered either. The last time I had service, I drove to Easton, Pa to Koch Auto, much further away, but MUCH better experience. More
