Particular shout outs: Miles Mayo, our sales rep, who did all the leg work before we arrived from financial to talking to our insurance company. He took a lot of time on explaining the car’s features to my son who has autism. One bronco for him and one for me. Next, the general manager, Ken Castellenta, made time for us too. A busy leader who made time to get to know customers. Finally, finance team is great. No strong arm tactics. We purchased the additional coverages that made sense for the way we drive. I was extremely pleased with my Fullerton Ford dealership experience this week, specifically, with my advisor, George Stydocker. He went above and beyond for me that day ~ making phone calls to find a part experience this week, specifically, with my advisor, George Stydocker. He went above and beyond for me that day ~ making phone calls to find a part that was on backorder, making it possible for me to get a loaner car for a few hours & even making an adjustment on my final bill. He even made it a point to come check on me & give me updates on the progress of everything, during my time spent in the waiting room. Overall he was very helpful and friendly and I truly believe he is an asset to the company! More

I made an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated. When I arrived on time, they said, "Are you waiting with us? It will take about 2.5 hours." Really? 2.5 hours to change my oil? I told them in advance that I would be waiting for my car, and scheduled for the earliest available morning appointment so they would be less likely to be backed up. Excuses: "We're just so busy today." "I'm sorry you're having to wait so long. We could offer shuttle service." "What do you want me to do, put you ahead of other people who arrived ahead of you?" "I'm sorry, that's just the way it is." I just wanted my oil changed and tires rotated. Honor my appointment and don't overschedule. I went to Jiffy Lube down the road, with no appointment, and was out in under 45 minutes. More
