When I walked into Fullerton Ford in Somerville and met Mark Whalen, I was pleasant I have always cringed at the thought of going to a car dealership. When I walked into Fullerton Ford in Somerville and met Mark Whalen, I was pleasantly surprised by the way I was treated. He asked what I was looking for, he showed me all different options. We test drove a couple different models. He helped me decide what would be best for me. I never felt that I was being pressured. I couldn’t always recommend getting service here in the past, but Kayla Brian’s and the rest of the Service Department were fantastic servicing my 2014 Escape this time. This, plus the super excellent experience I recently had with Mark Whalen while purchasing my 2018 Escape, will keep me driving the 20+ miles to Fullerton in the future! More
