Tom Cusimano was my salesman and John was my finance manager. Both respectful, courteous, and professional. I walked in with no intention to walk away with a car..they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. The price was more than right and right where I wanted to be. Bam! Just like that I got my 2018 Ford Mustang GT! I would recommend these guys and this fantastic dealership over and over again. More

I’ve bought vehicles from Fullerton for years and the great service they provide is the main reason I keep coming back. Vehicle is fixed right the first time and returned back when promised. Jessica did a great job listening to my concerns and then clearly explained the costs and repair times. What more can you ask for. Very satisfied. Always tell people they don’t have to go any further than Fullerton when buying a vehicle. Oh, and please talk to Mark Whelan when you’re buying a car. Good response for a couple of issues. Fred my Service Representative took care of a couple issues I had with my 2015 Mustang GT. One was a fender fit issue just past my warranty time peri Fred my Service Representative took care of a couple issues I had with my 2015 Mustang GT. One was a fender fit issue just past my warranty time period. I was away and when I returned he was able to resolve it without a problem. The other was a recall on the door locks which was done during my fender problem. Again was away for a couple months and upon my return started using my car again. Window was making loud sound when I put it up. Needed to be looked at and found problem with rubber moldings twisted. Fixed it immediately without issue. Would buy again from Fullerton Ford! More

Now I have same problem, Car was towed to dealership under warranty, Service dept David does not work there. Talk to Jessica. After car is in their possession, I call repeatedly almost every day, Hardly Jessica from Service Dept pickup phone and talk. I was lucky yesterday and get hold of Jessica, and she was suppose to send me email quote etc. Never herd from ;her so far... More
Quick Lane NOT Went for my free oil change. Called in advance "we don't take reservations, but we do have a Quick Lane". You could tell by how lackadaisical the ch Went for my free oil change. Called in advance "we don't take reservations, but we do have a Quick Lane". You could tell by how lackadaisical the check-in kid was it wasn't going to be good. The guy in front of me was just getting an oil change too. I followed him in the service desk. Again the woman there could care less. "It'll be a bit of a wait", the guy asks so 30-60 minutes? "Over 3 hours". I left. I just did it myself for $15 in 30 minutes, after wasting 45 minutes driving there and back. On a positive note, based on my interaction with this service department, I'll spare myself the misery of ever returning or ever buying another car there again. Plenty of other dealers in the area with stellar service. More
