Logan was amazing from my first call, he took the time chat with me on the phone. He answered all my questions and we even had a laugh or two. He also went above and beyond..sent me a Video of all the J chat with me on the phone. He answered all my questions and we even had a laugh or two. He also went above and beyond..sent me a Video of all the Jeeps on the lot with chunky tires. He even brought me a vanilla latte, because I was coming in early after a girls night out, to buy the Jeep of my dreams. The only reason why I chose to drive to Frisco Jeep was because of Logan on that first call. He made me feel like a friend rather than a customer. I love my Jeep Wrangler and so does my Dog Jake! It took 3 visits to get the original service order done. A oil change and fuel and water separator filters done the issue was a cap on one of them, that had been serviced there b4 was stuck. Originally it was said to have been overtightened and they would replace it free (2022) my issue is that because it was 2022, but the vehicle had been in storage the whole time, now that was the reason so they were not liable. A simple job costing 6-700 dollars almost cost $1300 and 3 trips to the service center they serviced it last the liability should go to them. Especially since a vehicle not being driven does not need filters replaced due to mileage not due to time. More
