I did a moderate amount of research before initiating communication with Friendly Honda (Laura). I targeted the car I wanted and obtained Blackbook data on my BMW (trade) and had a price in mind before a communication with Friendly Honda (Laura). I targeted the car I wanted and obtained Blackbook data on my BMW (trade) and had a price in mind before arriving at your dealer. Upon arrival, Laura introduced me to Jay and Jay did an excellent job of reviewing research on the 2008 Honda Accord EX - L with Navigation with me. I was introduced to Paul (Finance) and he did an excellent job getting me a highly competitive interest rate. I found the entire experience to be a positive one. Given the sudden rain storm that occurred as I was walking between buildings, I recommend you acquire a number of umbrella's for customer use as need arises. Jay came and picked me up and drove me back to finalize picking up my new - used car. Thank you Jim Braden More

We are very happy with our leasing experience at Friendly Honda. We just turned in our Pilot for a new CRV and Brian Hartwell and the sales team made it a positive experience. We selected the car we wanted and were kept up to date with its projected arrival date. When it did arrive, Brian took care of all the paperwork, so all we had to do was pick it up. Everyone at Friendly Honda is friendly, energetic, and easy to work with. My experience with the service team has also been positive and I look forward to working with them in the future. All in all, Friendly had provided excellent customer service in every aspect of our relationship. More
The sales people need to have better access to information regarding delivery information. I placed my order on Saturday, the following Monday was told the car was in Illinois and then when I inq information regarding delivery information. I placed my order on Saturday, the following Monday was told the car was in Illinois and then when I inquired as to the whereabouts of the car on Wednesday, I was told it was still in Illinois. The sales person said he couldn't find out any other information. I needed to contact a sales manager in order to find out more information. I don't think this should happen with the aid of technology that we have now. This was very disturbing. More

We've been shopping at Friendly Honda afor many years and are pleased with everyone there and of course our Hondas. We have an accord and just traded the CRV for another CRV. Brian is a good salesman not p are pleased with everyone there and of course our Hondas. We have an accord and just traded the CRV for another CRV. Brian is a good salesman not pushy nor over bearing but just right. That's one reason we go to him. We know he is limited in what he can offer and deals are really made by others up the chain but we are pleased with him and will go back again. I don't shop dealers so I don't have a clue if I got the best possible price and that's why I rated that a good. Actual dealer costs and profits are a mystery known only to you the dealer. What I don't like has nothing to do with Friendly Honda it has to do with the Honda website, " Build your Honda". It is misleading for when you build your Honda and seek a ball park for a trade the web site uses Kelly's Blue book. The dealer uses Galves. The difference is thousands and when you go to the dealer with your numbers from the Web- site it is crushing to see the difference. I say use one or the other but it is definatley misleading to use two different sources and of couse the more conservative number is always Galves. It is unfair to consumers and I think at the very least you ought to put a disclaimer of sorts, like the actual trade will or may be lower. How about eliminating this feature altoghter. It's a waste and not helpful cause the dollars are so off. You come to the dealer expecting one thing and boom you get smacked with reality. I sure would like an acknowledgement of my concern thatis if someone actually reads these comments. More
