Outstanding, personal attention! My 2012 Ford Focus suddenly developed a problem and Ron made an appointment as quickly as possible for me. I am a senior but still working every day My 2012 Ford Focus suddenly developed a problem and Ron made an appointment as quickly as possible for me. I am a senior but still working every day and I need my car so I was not only worried about not having transportation but also about cost! I was given a lift home by a very polite young man and he offered to transport me to work if necessary. Ron kept me informed of the progress of the testing etc. I informed him how worried I was ahout the cost and he assured me that he would check with regard to the warranty. By mid-afternoon I was able to pick up my car and there was NO charge!! I cannot tell you how grateful I am. Ron and you staff were outstanding. Thank you!! More

Airbag finally fixed I have had a recall for my airbag for over a year and have been waiting for parts. After continous calls to Joe Cotton and not getting any results we I have had a recall for my airbag for over a year and have been waiting for parts. After continous calls to Joe Cotton and not getting any results we tried Friendly Ford. They scheduled an appointment immediately and ordered the necessary parts. The fix took less than an hour. No happy! Yes they fixed the problem but the drivers side of my car had black stuff all over it. The roof on drivers side has a greasey hand print on it. Helping Service Advisor I experienced a problem with my Fusion a few days ago. Limped it into the service department and was greeted by Scott. He wrote my ticket, and worked with me to get my problem diagnosed and ultimately repaired. Scott was friendly, and provided service above and beyond the normal service visit. Over the time I've worked with Friendly Ford, Scott has been helpful beyond normal expectations. He is a joy to deal with, even when you get a larger than expected bill. First class service experience, and great follow-up on this visit. More
