Eastern Hills Community Church has been building a compound for orphan children who would in short be sold for prostitution or slavery. The moneys raised will help, house, feed, protect, and educate these youth to become future leaders of Zambia. Tanya and I have been so blessed with all that we have; selling our additional vehicle seems to be a small sacrifice compared to what these kids have been through. My wife and I were in the market for a late model Mustang convertible and Jeff Quartuch met us when we first visited the dealership. A couple weeks after we met him, he called to just check in and I told him it would be a few weeks before we were ready. It turned out to be a couple months and when I called him, he was eager to help us locate a car. We ended up with a 2011 at a great price and Jeff was very responsive to our requests. In the end, he did all he could to help us, although I did feel a bit nickel-and-dimed after we spent more than $20k when they would only split the $250 cost of a second key - it should have been part of the deal. It was somewhat disappointing on what I would have otherwise rated an excellent experience. More

Freeway Ford lied to my wife. They lied to her and told her that her brakes were shot, they said only 1 mm of brake pad remaining and they were "metal on metal". They told her that if she didn't get the wo her that her brakes were shot, they said only 1 mm of brake pad remaining and they were "metal on metal". They told her that if she didn't get the work done NOW that they would get much worse and cause further damage to her car and possibly cause full brake failure. Freeway Ford didn't know that I had recently gotten the brakes replaced! I took the car back to the original mechanic and he showed me the brake pads and explained to me the wear pattern and at what point they need to be replaced. He showed me that the rear breaks are in like new condition and the front pads were only about 80% worn. Freeway Ford gives honest mechanics a bad name. I think it is ironic that they always have bible verses on their large sign, I have one for them. Proverbs 11:3 More

We love Freeway Ford and we love our salesman Ron Clark. We have used Freeway in the past to purchase a new F-150, and Ron was a sales rep then. We have contacted him several times in the last couple of years to check on vehicles and our options on financing, and we always decided the timing wasn't right for us. But to his credit he did the leg work and was so patient! (Thanks Ron!) We also are a Christian family and enjoy driving by and seeing what verse you have chosen for the current week on your advertising. It is a bonus that Ron is also a Christian. We couldn't have picked a more perfect place for our needs. My favorite part of the whole experience was: Praying in our vehicle for the safety and health of our family.
