This dealership is PURE CRAP. We did a trade in for a Ford F-150 08. Everything seemed to go good until we got the truck home, and discovered that they lied to us about the backup sensor and pointed out Ford F-150 08. Everything seemed to go good until we got the truck home, and discovered that they lied to us about the backup sensor and pointed out during the test drive that it was in "working order", when we took it in to have it looked at there wasn't even wires connecting it to the rear bumper which also had been replace and we were not told about that either. So basically our truck was in an accident and we did not know about it. Not only that, supposedly they do a 360 point check on the truck-but highly doubt that when someone left a bottle of power steering fluid under the hood. BTW we are back in the shop replacing the power steering pump as we speak. Now, the extended warranty is also CRAP, we are having to pay 1/2 of the total for this replacement. SO DO YOUR RESEARCH on EVERYTHING because you cannot obviously trust anyone in this world. Jordan Arneson was who working with us and I do not recommend him or anyone else, they are all liers, and just want the MONEY. BS-regret ever going there!!!!!!!!! More

I had a great overall experience. The staff was friendly and the cars were very nice. They went above and beyond bringing in the car as quickly as they could. My experience went from great to horribly bad. Dealing with the salesman Ron Clark was a great experience, but after the sale was complete customer service went out the window. I financed the vehicle myself so Freeway Ford sent me all of the documents to take to MVD instead of completing the paperwork for me. The paperwork was all very incomplete and done incorrectly. After multiple calls to Freeway and three trips to MVD I was able to get all of the paperwork back from Freeway. The only problem was they made a mistake on the title. I sent the title overnight using the return label they provided to me, and they still somehow lost it. After two more weeks I was finally able to get someone to reissue a title for the vehicle (again help from the sales Person, not Management). We are going on two Months now and still have no title. I have to make my fourth trip to Motor Vehicle to get an extension, and then back again when I finally do get a title. As I said, the sales person was the only person who took this all seriously, I never received a call from the GM to apologize about the mix up. Once the sale is done, so are you. What a Shame. The paperwork was not to our liking. I know it may sound like I did not have a good experience at Freeway Ford, but that is not the case.
