Ron Clark was very helpful! He spent a lot of his time helping me find an auto that would be dependable, and at the same time be able to get me out from under my current truck (payment wise). I was very dissappointed to find the vehicle leaks oil .....as soon as I parked it in my garage! That should have been disclosed and/or repaired. My overall experience was excellent. Due to the fact that I purchased my vehicle through the X Plan, recieved an extra discount from the dealership/manufacture, and financed through Ford.
