They recently stepped up to the plate again, we had a minor error from a previous service call, and they instantly took care of it, made it no charge, not even parts, and had it ready in morning so the vehicle could be back in service. Whether it is Tomas in the Fastlane, or Olly in service department, they always give you the best service possible, with their guarantee of getting it done right, and professional and courteous at all times ! Work with dealer to purchase used car. They lied and tried to extort money. Told multiple stories about why car was not available to test drive, but wanted a $1000 non-refundable deposit and purchase co tried to extort money. Was on my way to test drive it when they emailed me it was sold AFTER they told me they were going to hold it for me to arrive! Liars and dishonest. DO NOT GIVE THEM MORE $$ to keep up with their lies!! Buyers BE WARNED. More
I had to write a follow-up about my service at Freeway Ford last week. My experience began with Nick and Nick and ended with Thomas and Thomas. (I couldn't believe it either) Thomas 1, wrote my service Ford last week. My experience began with Nick and Nick and ended with Thomas and Thomas. (I couldn't believe it either) Thomas 1, wrote my service ticket and followed up with me as promised, always courteous and professional. He had to tell me that the parts he ordered had not arrived and assured me he'd find what we needed. He called me almost immediately back, and sounded genuinely delighted that they showed up after all! When I went to pick up my car, Thomas 1 was with another customer so Thomas 2 offered to help. He went over the services performed, went over the bill, which I was more than pleasantly surprised about, he offered to bring my car to me. I really felt Princess-y! My 22 year old Explorer is purring like a kitten with enough miles on it to have been driven to the moon! I could not be a happier customer/princess :) More
Nick & Nick to the rescue! I am so thankful I live near Freeway Ford! This is the 3rd time the staff in the service department have come to my rescue and I am heartily grateful. This time it was a flatter Freeway Ford! This is the 3rd time the staff in the service department have come to my rescue and I am heartily grateful. This time it was a flatter than flat tire. I am a sort of older-ish woman, I have no idea how to change a flat tire, therefore I panic. So, I called FF and got Nick, and asked him if he thought I could make it to the shop on a flat. He asked me where the car was, when he found out that I am a neighbor, he offered to come over with an air compressor and see if the tire could be puffed up, (my word), enough to drive it over. I really couldn't believe it! He and another great guy named Nick showed up in 5 minutes, kind & professional and got me on the road. When I got to the shop, I ran into Sherry, who graciously walked me right to the service counter I needed, and introduced me to a very patient & knowledgeable, Thomas. Like I said, this is not my first experience with FF, but for some reason, (cynical), I always think I will never be treated as nicely as I was last time. Wrong - the people in the Service Department at Freeway Ford have always gone above and beyond to help me and continue to blow my mind by exceeding my expectations! Angels - all of them! More

You can’t find a place to park because their policy states, your waiting time frame for services beyond Quick Lane start when you leave your vehicle there. No wonder there are so many vehicles in those lots. They can service vehicles approximately 6 days out so you have to leave your vehicle.sit for 6 days. Stupid Policy. With the technology in place and a little predictive historical performance you think these mental midgets could create a system that lets you know when to drop off your vehicle-1 to 2 days advanced w/texting notifications. Plus, the work that was done developed a rubbing sound in the rear of the vehicle 2 week after they worked on it. Very, very bad. customer service. More

The last review I wrote was censored by DealerRater. I only told the truth and did not use profanity as the email suggested. Do not trust this dealership. The dealership does not represent their vehicles properly and miss lead me on my last purchase. They indicated the vehicle had no accidents and one owner and the CARFAX report said the vehicle was involved in an accident. All I got was it is your vehicle and nothing we can do. I see many other poor reviews of this dealership on Yelp and DealerRater, so you be the judge. Most people will not take the time to write a review unless they fell very updaet aobu the service. More
I know I am in a though situation and did not think I would get approved. Ben was great about getting all of my info. Monday morning I sent over recent pay stubs to prove my income. On Tuesday I reached out to Ben and he said there was not approval. On Wednesday I reach out to Ben again thru a text message and he said they could not get an approval. It took 2.5 days with me following up to ask if there is an approval. I wonder if did not reach out today if the dealership would have contacted me. It was almost 3 days of me asking if there was any information. I feel used and like they just wanted me to go away. More

I had a very upsetting experience with salesperson Shawn Tuggle. He had a bad attitude from the moment he approached. He did not introduce himself and acted like he was inconvenienced for having to do his j Tuggle. He had a bad attitude from the moment he approached. I felt discriminated against for being a woman because it was pretty clear that he did not appreciate working with an assertive woman that knows how to negotiate and stand up for herself. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he was dealing with something in life or having a bad day, but things continued to escalate and get worse. He cursed and raised his voice at me and belittled me by trying to make me feel stupid after any question that I asked. I finally asked to work with someone else and he demanded that I had to work with him or leave. I asked to speak with a manager and he said there wasn’t one. I sought out a manager myself, and he was professional and kind, but was more focused on closing the deal than addressing my concerns about his employee’s behavior towards me. Meanwhile I’m in tears embarrassed and humiliated after he made me cry in front of everyone in the store by making me feel so small and belittled. Ford lost this sale solely due to this employee’s unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. Shawn Tuggle is a liability and should be held accountable for his actions. I feel compelled to share my experience because he should not get away with how poorly he treated me and mostly because I feel that it is very unacceptable even to think that this will happen to someone else. This situation should be formally addressed with him and also he really needs basic customer service and sensitivity training because he could not even perform the very basics of his job without being hostile and condescending. Ford should never tolerate this type of behavior from its employees and I hope it is not just swept under the rug. No one should ever have the same experience that I had. Worst customer experience of my life!! More
