STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They are great at the time of sale, but if you have an issue they turn their backs and have no problem leaving you hanging. I bought a 2015 F150 and a stipulation of the s time of sale, but if you have an issue they turn their backs and have no problem leaving you hanging. I bought a 2015 F150 and a stipulation of the sale the sunroof had to be fixed. After a year and a half I had to take it back in THREE TIMES for the sunroof. The third time they wanted me to pay $4000 for the repair! More
I guess it is a relief to see the many other terrible reviews... To start I was denied my rental car that is covered under my warranty. Had to pay for ubers for 5 days while my car sat in shop. I then had to personally print my warranty and review part numbers to prove I was covered and did not need to pay the $980 they tried to charge me for a simple repair. I then brought it to another ford and everything was taken care of the way it should be. DO NOT go to this service center. More
Awful - spent $10k plus and 4 trips back because they kept finding stuff even after the initial radio problem did not work. Claimed battery had a faulty cell and the alternator was out, Not true - teste kept finding stuff even after the initial radio problem did not work. Claimed battery had a faulty cell and the alternator was out, Not true - tested later. 4 trips to get the satellite working. I am sure somethings had to be replaced but not across 4 sessions. I would not trust these guys ever again. More

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS, BUT PLEASE READ FOR A "KAREN:'I NEED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER'" review (even though I never heard from a manager) -Freeway For I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS, BUT PLEASE READ FOR A "KAREN:'I NEED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER'" review (even though I never heard from a manager) -Freeway Ford sold me a used car with faulty brakes! -They talked me into an extended warranty on a car that they can't fix (non-Ford)! -The saleswoman knew nothing about the vehicle and made empty promises about fixing tail lights- in the middle of the buying experience she had to be hospitalized for a nervous breakdown and she was driving me and my family around!! She ghosted me afterwards and never fixed the tail lights! No one from the sales department (including Managers Brent and Mark) have returned my calls in almost 2 weeks after taking the car in to have service and finding out that the fine print on the warranty states it doesn't cover brakes and it will be **$1100!!!!!!!** Oh did I mention it leaks oil everywhere and the guy at the service department said "Don't expect the sales team to do anything for you, they will say you bought the car AS IS" DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AND GIVE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY TO A BETTER DEALERSHIP!!!!!!! More

We can in Saturday morning and left Saturday morning quick and painless, Ron was our financial rep and was incredibly fast and super polite. terrible dealership I recently purchased a vehicle from Barbee Ford, two days after I bought it I had to take it to the service department because the back passenger blin I recently purchased a vehicle from Barbee Ford, two days after I bought it I had to take it to the service department because the back passenger blinker light would not shut off causing the car to die. service department could not replicate. 2 weeks later a message came up that my "transmission fail, service now" I took the car in and was told it needed a new transmission. The dealership offered to allow me to trade it in for a brand new car or nothing, I chose not to go with the brand new car as finances were already tight and the new car would have doubled my payments and the car was nothing like what I wanted and did not feel the dealership cared at all that I was sold a defective car. I took my car for a second opinion and was told the transmission was fine, the warning is a known bulletin put out by Ford and that I in fact do not need a new transmission. Barbee Ford should have known about this bulletin and notified me of it, instead, I was told I needed to spend an additional 6,000+ to fix an issue that was not present. When all of this was happening and my car was at the service department I had to call multiple times to get any sort of an update and still had to go up to the dealership after 5 days of no calls back or response from sales about my options. I had heard such great things about this dealership and was COMPLETELY disappointed by the service. Not only was I told incorrect information but I was almost swindled out of thousands of dollars for no reason. On top of this, the salesman who helped me was very inappropriate to me and my friend who was with me when I purchased the car. He repeatedly told us about his apartment and the great pool and how we should come over after, he asked us for our cell phone numbers and even texted me the night I bought my car asking if I drank and what I was up to. When I had the car issues I tried not to speak to him as I did not want to feel uncomfortable again but was forced to speak with him as he was my salesperson and the second salesman I worked with was not available. The whole experience with Barbee Ford was anything but pleasant and I have told every person who knows about my car issues not to purchase cars from Barbee Ford as the sales, service, and experience were awful and I hope to never deal with this dealership again. More
Desk Manager - Mark Fairicy Was at this dealership to pick up my vehicle and was told to come back the next day as my salesman was out for the day. The vehicle was paid for and I was expecting to pick it up that day. The Desk Manager responded that I was making him mad and was told to go sit down. I responded with: I am the customer and I prefer to stand. You however need to go back to your desk and sit down and do your job. This guy has no idea what good customer service is. This dealership is in serious danger of losing customers with this guy in the Tower. Mark Fairicy is a complete xxxxxxx as far as this customer is concerned. Never, ever buy a car from this dealership if he is working there. He needs to take a seat. The vehicle was filthy and had no gas in the tank. More

We also needed to guarantee a vehicle loan on the vehicle we found on their website. Calvin was the the gentleman who got our call. He was very eager to help us . We did most of the work in the phone . Calvin was very good and getting everything in order for us to come to Denver one time and finish up the paper work there. We drove 3.5 hours there. Upon arrival he knew who we were, brought us inside and we were finished in less then two hours, looking and test driving the vehicle, signing the paper work as they detained the vehicle. Calvin at Barbee freeway ford and the finance team , everyone was amazing to work with. We we 100% refer them and we will be back for our next vehicle. More
