A TRUE blessing I came to your dealership in total defensive mode. I have never had an experience that had been positive when buying a car. I met Dustin Gonzales through a co-worker who told me that my experience with this dealership and salesman would be different than any I had before. I met Dustin and explained my situation, not a situation I normally like to admit. I had made a mistake in purchasing my last vehicle with no help or assistance in what my family really needed in a vehicle. The last dealership just wanted a sale nothing more. Well, they got the sale but lost a customer. Dustin listened to what I needed, worked with me in the trade in and stayed within the perameters that I gave him. I was worried, 1) I wouldn't be able to get a vehicle that my family needed. 2) that Dustin would just sell me something not truly listen to what my families needs were. Well... I was surprised. There were no fights, it was an absolute pleasure working with Dustin. I have already passed his information, your dealerships information to my family and close friends. I have never done that before, never trusted anyone enough to take care of those I love the most. I do now, you not only made a sale that day, you earned a customer for LIFE. My kids are growing and soon will be driving, the cars that will need to be purchased will come from Dustin and your dealership. I cannot thank you all enough.
