The whole team were very accommodating to me wanting to see if the truck would fit in my garage and then expedited my request to get the paperwork done. Excellent customer experience From the very start my salesperson Nick Lucini proved himself to be remarkably well schooled on all of the product features and options on the trucks From the very start my salesperson Nick Lucini proved himself to be remarkably well schooled on all of the product features and options on the trucks I was shopping for, and had a no-nonsense low pressure approach, steering me away from trucks that clearly were over-optioned (and overpriced) for my needs to help me find exactly the right fit. After a lot of looking and changing my mind, we finally found exactly the right truck. A nearly identical one was available at another dealer, but their pricing on the truck was slightly higher and their trade offer was significantly lower than Freeway Ford's so I was pleased to give them the business they worked very hard to earn. They made the process painless and practically even enjoyable, and I appreciate the excellent customer service from start to finish from Nick, to Ron Garretsen in Finance, to management.
