Vince is the Man!!!!! At approximately 3:40 p.m. on Saturday, the lock on the driver's side door broke, whereby I could not exit the car from the driver's side. I called Ford and Vince was terrific, allowing me to get in right away. Upon my arrival, Vince diagnosed the problem, found that the parts were in stock, and quoted me a price based on one hours work. Thirty minutes later the work was complete and Vince charged me for the parts and 30 minutes of work. Vince's customer service was the best I have ever seen in any area of business. With employees like Vince, customers like I will always return to Freeway Ford. More

He was multi-tasking and juggling several customers that afternoon and still managed to make us feel like we had his undivided attention. Avoid this dealer at all cost!!! They were so friendly and helpful in selling me a car but less than 24 hours later, ignored my calls and made no effort to fix my problem. I contacted Ford Corporate customer service and they agreed with me that Freeway Ford mishandled my issue and were embarrassed by the dealership. But they said the dealership is independently owned and I was at the mercy of the dealership! I have been a Ford owner for over 30 years and their trucks and car are the best! So highly recommend buying one but NOT at this dealership. More
