This dealership has proven to be highly disappointing. On multiple occasions, I have encountered significant issues during my visits. Recently, I brought my C8 for service, and despite being informed that there was only one vehicle ahead of me, my car remained untouched for an hour and a half. The representative eventually approached me with an apology, admitting that no work had been initiated. It was only then that she offered to arrange an Uber for my convenience. The delay in providing this assistance was truly astonishing. Considering my experiences, I strongly advise seeking service at a different Chevrolet dealership. More
I am extremely happy with the continued service I receive at Freedom here in San AntonioTx. The staff is wonderful and friendly and the service writer, Mr. Jesse Rodriguez, is very efficient and helpful wit at Freedom here in San AntonioTx. The ad said $59. 95 for oil change but was $85.43 for total. All the service advisors, Yael Sardina, said we had an add-ons. She could not explain it. When the ad says $59.95. it should be it (on invoice #413898 has $59.95) The invoice has cc $30.00, 5 oil at $31.25, filter $10.92, seal $8.88 for a total of $80.05. What is seal for? I don't I think I was treated fairly or correct. They took tool for tire change but did not put back up where they got it and did not clean up the paper to step on and set on in car. More

Scheduled a 1pm oil change. Received 3 reminders from Freedom Chevrolet all reminders stressing the importance of my on time arrival. Arrived early. ‼️ DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE ‼️ This is my experience: I live in Denver Colorado, i was researching for a new/used car for my expanding family, came across a used chevy traverse that this de experience: I live in Denver Colorado, i was researching for a new/used car for my expanding family, came across a used chevy traverse that this dealership was going to receive, i flew into San Antonio march 7 and came down to the dealership March 8,2024. I called the dealership they said they had the car i went into test drive it they said they did a car inspection and everything was so called fine they needed to replace the tires so i did the paperwork and waited for them to finish and then i was off i purchased a used Chevy traverse. ( i also purchased the extended warranty for the used car the highest package they have as the sales guy kept saying how important it was to have in case anything was to happen) ( THAT RIGHT THERE SHOULD’VE BEEN A RED FLAG TO ME, but i was just excited to get home and take the car to my family as my wife was due a couple days later )the next day i was on my own back to Colorado, driving through texas i made a stop in Amarillo , Tx to put gas in the middle of the night and when j went to reverse my car jerked as if it was stuck in a gear and it wouldn’t reverse mind you its late at night in the middle of nowhere, i finally was able to get the car to drive forward and anywhere i stopped at i made sure i was able to drive forward and not need to reverse because my reverse gear wasn’t working ( i have videos of it not working) mind you it hasn’t even been 24hrs since i bought this car. I couldn’t call the dealership as it was nighttime, i made it to Colorado after 16hrs and the car still wouldn’t go into the reverse gear, when i arrived home i called the dealership they advised i get it taken into a chevy dealership so i got it towed to a chevy dealership here in Colorado the dealership i took it to said the car was never checked the fluids for the engine was horrible ( i have images proving how bad it was) they got in contact with Marcus from Freedom Chevrolet explained what happened Marcus said we needed a second opinion on this situation so we got it towed to another chevy dealership in Colorado they test drove it and heard and saw how hard it would shift whenever trying to go into reverse, so they called the dealership back at home and explained what happened and now the dealership back at home wants NO PART of paying and taking any responsibility for covering the cost of a new transmission they said call the extended warranty its been 2 months since we’ve purchased this car and we have yet had it, its been in the dealership since the day we brought it home we only had the car for 24hrs and since then we haven’t even had it. ( We also have documents showing the mileage they sold us the vehicle apparently had didn’t add up the Odometer read 89,616 mi when i purchased the car ( shows on paperwork) when i took it in the dealership in Colorado they did paperwork and the Odometer read 89,258. How is it possible on paper when i purchased the car my odometer was 360 mi over the mi it was showing the time I arrived in Colorado) We call daily to get an answer from Marcus on who is covering this and we keep getting a run around, i traveled states to purchase this vehicle and we are getting no help whatsoever, we know for a fact they didnt test the vehicle i bought i mean it shows when they even did the milage wrong on the paperwork More
