Dealership would not respond to my texts to receive updates. When I got my insurance involved to get updates they reached out to myself, my insurance adjuster and a third person from my insurance compa updates. When I got my insurance involved to get updates they reached out to myself, my insurance adjuster and a third person from my insurance company that was handling the financial side of the claim. We all got different information, the financial person and myself was were told that the dealership was still waiting on parts. My adjuster spoke directly to the service manager and was told the parts had been delivered 5 days prior. Once the work was basically put on rush after we called them out on the discrepancies, I got a call that the truck was ready for pick up. When I showed up the job was not complete, and a part was missing. All they could tell me was that the necessary part was never ordered. When discussing what was going to be done to fix this problem I was rushed to pay my deductible before they could even explain how they were going to fix the missing part. Not happy at all with how my experience with this dealership went, would not recommend and will drive to a further dealership if I need it. More

I recently had my truck repaired at freedom Chevrolet , and while I am very pleased with the quality of the repairs, I did notice a couple of things missing afterward, including a photo of a family member and while I am very pleased with the quality of the repairs, I did notice a couple of things missing afterward, including a photo of a family member that was attached to my dashboard cluster. Although the repair work was excellent and my truck is running smoothly, I would appreciate if the dealership could be more careful with personal items. On a positive note, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by the service advisor. Rogelio Cerda was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and addressing all my concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Their assistance made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle. Overall, while there are a few areas for improvement, the helpfulness of the service advisor stands out as a significant positive aspect of my experience. More

They did a decent job on the oil change, but they didn’t honor the coupon they said they would. I brought in a coupon that was expired by two days. I spoke to the advisor about it and she said they would ho honor the coupon they said they would. I brought in a coupon that was expired by two days. My wife picked up the car and just paid without asking, but when I saw the receipt, it said $47 and part of that charge was 6 quarts of oil. This is not the end of the world, but it doesn’t do much for your credibility. More
