Great Experience I would give them 10 stars if possible. My wife and I purchased a 2013 Ford F150 from Franklin Ford on Friday night. Good Experience I recently purchased a used VW Jetta from Franklin Ford and was very happy with the experience. I requested information after I found the car on TrueC I recently purchased a used VW Jetta from Franklin Ford and was very happy with the experience. I requested information after I found the car on TrueCar.com and received a response within the hour. I called and they set up an appointment for me to look at the car in 30 minutes and when I got there, it was up front and warmed up to take a test drive right away. Mike was great, very patient with all of my questions and requests regarding even the smallest details of the car. The sales manager Sean was friendly and energetic, and very involved throughout the process. The business manager Adam was really laid back and super friendly, very easy to talk to. Everyone remembered me each time I went, which was really different from some of the other larger dealerships I had been to. They were overall very accommodating, and Sean and Mike made sure I was happy with everything when I arrived to pick up the car. In addition, I was able get an amazing price. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
Slow and Snobby I brought my car into Franklin Ford a couple weeks back to have some work done. It was the middle of the week, but it was an emergency, so I had to do it. They told me it would be done the next day, but it wound up being longer. I don't have an extra car, so that was a problem for me. That's ok if you have an extra vehicle at home, but I don't. Overall I found the service department to be hard to get in touch with over the phone. They came across a little rude too, like I'm not as good as the next guy because I'm not cruising in with a 2015 pickup truck or something. I don't know how many times they asked what year my car was and then made a face at me like they I should go jump off a bridge for driving such an old vehicle. Kind of funny since the dealership wasn't anything to write home about until this summer when they remodeled it. Any way, I've been going there for years, but things have started going down hill, so I'm in the market for a new shop. More

Scheduling a test drive was easy and the truck was ready at the promised time for the test run. The sale person was Mike Normandin. He was very knowlegeable about the F 150 and the competive vehicles that compete with the Ford. Mike took the time for us to do a thorough test drive and he was great at pointing all the great featuresof the truck. The final negotiations were as expected with offers and counteroffers, however, at the end of the day I believe Franklin was very competitive as I shopped around quite a bit. Their service department installed an box liner andt came out great. The truck was ready for delivery in 48 hours and the detailing inside and out was impeccable. I have to say that the overall experince was about the best I have had while purchaising a new vehicle. More

Scheduling a test drive and getting information was fast, and the staff was always friendly. Our Sales Consultant Dave took the extra time to review options and on the test drive pointed out just the right things to make the drive productive. When we picked up the vehicle, he did a comprehensive walk through of the vehicle but seemed to be aware of just what we needed to know based on the previous test drive and our questions. We wouldn't be surprised if he sold a lot of vehicles. We also appreciated the follow up after our test drive; some dealers were too pushy, that didn't happen at Franklin Ford. Of the several vehicles we looked at, Dave was the only consultant that answered all questions on the spot, but also didn't pester us afterward while we were continuing our research. That helped us make the decision. More

When I call the next morning to see if I could get a earlier appointment the service man told me they don't do appointments on Saturdays, first come first serve only. I told him I made my appointment on their web site. He told me their web site needs to be updated. Had I known I could have just walked in on Saturday for service I would have been there early that morning and not waiting around all day for my afternoon appointment that their so called web site let me make. I told the service man to cancel my so called appointment, I will take my business elsewhere. I hung up the phone and called Framingham Ford and asked if they were able to do a oil change. The service man told me to bring my vehicle in. THIS IS MY LAST TIME AT FRANKLIN FORD. Once you buy a vehicle at Franklin Ford they could care less about you. Fix your web site, it's all about customer service if your looking to stay in business. More

I was extremely satisfied with the whole process, they not only were flexible with the purchase price; but also offered me the best price for my trade. Nick D. was my sales guy and he is fantastic - very well spoken and professional. I've purchased many cars in my lifetime and this is the first time the sales guy sat with me for about 20 mins and went over all the technology and options in the car. After I picked up the car, I found a few minor quirks and the service took exceptional care of me. I am extremely impressed with their honesty and courtesy, I was always provided with a loaner vehicle and they went above and beyond to fix the issues that were brought to their attention. I will always recommend this dealership - the GM Brian C. is fantastic, and their sales team is non-pressuring. The service adviser Edward M. has been the best as well from day one! Good job guys and keep up the good work. More

They have gone above and beyond to resolve my issues. They always make sure all my issues are solved and exceed my expectations. Not once I was disappointed, as the service advisers listen to the issues and even my suggestions to the problems. I feel their service staff are very knowledgeable and never let me down. I will go back here in a few months when its time for my oil change, and routine maintenance. Good job guys! More
I brought My 2010 Lincoln MKT because of a warning with the blind spot sensors on the rear view mirrors. They said they had to replace the mirrors. Was covered under warranty by Lincoln. When I got home I the blind spot sensors on the rear view mirrors. They said they had to replace the mirrors. Was covered under warranty by Lincoln. When I got home I noticed some small bubbles on mirrors (they had to paint them). When touched the paint comes off in flakes. After a month paint is peeling on both mirrors in multiple locations. I could have done a better job with a can of spray paint. Would bring it back but dealership is 1.5hrs away and would need to take another day out of work. Very poor workmanship, Car did look brand new until now!!!!! More
When I started looking for a Ford Mustang GT, I signed up for a website called TrueCar which gives you a locked-in price for cars at dealerships nearest to you. Within a few hours of signing up, Bruce Fuery for a website called TrueCar which gives you a locked-in price for cars at dealerships nearest to you. Within a few hours of signing up, Bruce Fuery called and emailed me regarding the car and asked when I could come in to their dealership. Some time later, after shopping around most of the dealerships in Massachusetts, I came back to Bruce and asked what he could do for me. The company I work for, EQNE, frequently goes to Franklin Ford for trucks so there was already an established relationship there. I cannot express enough how helpful and accommodating Bruce was in trying to help me reach my goals and earn my business. He tried to think outside the box as much as possible to get my price down and get me the best vehicle. Unfortunately, because I used the TrueCar service (which costs dealers $300 per sale) I was able to find the car at a lower price ($300 cheaper, naturally) at another dealership. Had I not used TrueCar with Franklin Ford I would more than likely have purchased my Mustang GT from them instead. I cannot recommend this dealership enough! It was a pleasure working with Bruce, if you go to Franklin Ford ask for him. Thank you. More
