My second service visit was a HUGE letdown compared to my first great experience. I'm genuinely disappointed by the total lack of communication. Here’s how it went wrong: Night Drop-Off: Porter greeted first great experience. I'm genuinely disappointed by the total lack of communication. Here’s how it went wrong: Night Drop-Off: Porter greeted me and told me to wait. Nobody came back for 15 minutes! I finally just dropped my keys and left. The Next Day: ZERO confirmation. No call, no text that my car was received. No Updates: I had to chase them! I texted around 11 AM (no reply), then called, only to be told: "Your car is ready." No Communication Whatsoever: I received no updates, no confirmation, no service notes. I felt completely ignored. Was even told when I picked up the car that the paperwork wasn't ready & that it will be emailed. Almost a week later, and nothing. My first visit was 5 stars, which makes this massive drop in service quality even more frustrating. 👎 Seriously hoping this was an isolated situation, but right now, I cannot recommend the service department based on this visit. More
