I’ve been thinking my 6 year old battery should be checked since the oil change places can’t even find it. When James walked me to my car, he even got down on the ground to verify that my front & back tires are the same size. The tire shop that sold them to me and later charged me for a rotation hired a guy (idiot) who said they were staggered and couldn’t be rotated. So James set me up with another appointment for rotation and oil change. These days it is a rare thing to find competent people, especially one who is both friendly and knowledgeable. James is an excellent representative of your dealership and you’d be wise to hold on to him. Thank you. More
