He is the best Service Manager I have ever dealt with in 60 years of owning cars. Brad is the Service Advisor I have worked with my past 2 visits. He is really helpful, knowledgeable, and very courteous. The service costs are in-line with what I consider fair. The time to complete routine maintenance is very quick. I do not hesitate to recommend Flow Honda of Burlington and give it a rating of 100% as a satisfactory experience. More
